Mail Account Exceeding Limit yet all emails are deleted
Hi there We recently moved to Zoho and while my account operates fine, my partners account is a nightmare. Right now it says he is over the size limit but he has spent a couple of hours deleting virtually everything yet it still says he is over.

Hello, I'm trying to migrate email from godaddy to zoho, however it freezes every couple of messages and I have to recreate a migration task. It will then run fine for 100 emails or so, and then freeze. Thoughts? Thanks!
Can't load email templates
3 Email Problems began yesterday, across all of our users/systems: 1. calendar/contacts can't sync with Blackberry 10
I managed to connect my account here with the BB10, what I can see so far is: there is no way to sync contacts between zoho.com and Blackberry 10, also the zoho calendar is not visible at all on the Blackberry, I used both the push/manual settings on the activesync options, also I sure that I put correctly the the server's address as "msync.zoho.com" and of course I used the TFA password (as its enabled on my account). if any ideas/help thank you in advance.

Users/Mail Administration/Change Login Email IDs - why?
I don't understand why in Zoho business there are 3 different menu items for user/domain management when one would be better and more understandable. Furthermore, under users my login id is listed as having one email address, and under mail administration it is listed as having another with no way to change it. Now I am looking to change from google apps to something else, and zoho looks promising but they need to sort out all these things and make the system at least as easy to configure as google

How to start a new account when your domain is registered with an old account?
My old account has been hacked, And i no longer have the login details of it. It currently uses my domain, However I'm trying to set up a new account and all it says it "Domain already in use" I tried emailing zoho various times but they didn't reply! Someone please help? Hi! I created group and invited ten users with their @zoho.com addresses. However, now I see that members are not presented with their zoho.com address in Zoho group, but with some other domain. Hi I have found that if I email from Zoho out to various email addresses, the email arrives marked as "read" already. I have tested this with university email systems (from 3 different universities) and it's like that with all of them. Emailing Gmail or yahoo doesn't present any problems. I use Zoho Mail and I have changed in account settings first and last name, but on all outgoing emails I still see the old name, even after 2 days after change. Where can I change send First and Last name to see it correctly in compose mail window?
Lots of mail going to spam folder
Have the filters been changed lately? Mails that I mark as not spam keep ending back in spam. This is bad for daily email lists that I subscribe to.
MAIL CLIENT ONLY
I've read several threads already but still haven't found out whether I can just use ZOHO as a client interface without having to migrate my hosting to them. I have my own mail server and host all my domains for security reasons. I just want to use ZOHO's GUI (client) to simplify integration to their CRM software back and forth. Importing Mail from Outlook via Zoho Migration Wizard
All I want to do is import my mail from Outlook into our zoho mail account but I want to keep the file structure I have in outlook. I've tried converting them to .eml zipping and uploading but everything just get dumped in my inbox and we are talking about 3500 emails. Hello, Has conversation view changed? In the past I was able to click on conversation view and locate the original email message but now the original message is not available in conversation view. Now I have to search the inbox to find the original message in order to reply. I understand conversation view has no options to customize so I don't think its a setting I mistakenly made? Taking an hour to receive an email
I recently switched hosting. I edited the mx to point to zoho mail and am now receiving mail again. The problem is that it is taking an hour to receive and email from other accounts. zoho->zoho works fast but gmail, yahoo, etc -> zoho takes an hour to receive. Help please.
