Hi, Just wondering if I delete an email alias, are old emails lost or do they remain on the main account?
Signature is double spaced inline text when someone replies to my email??
When I send an email the body and signature are single spaced. If someone replies to my email, I receive it in the inline text as double spaced. It looks very unprofessional. I have reached out to ZoHo support multiple times with no and/or useless responses.

I just finished migrating all of my personal e-mail over to Zoho Mail and I'm getting acclimated to Zoho's idiosyncracies. Migrating my email from zoho to host papa
Hi, So I recently switched my email from Zoho to Hostpapa (I have my domain with them) and now when customers reply to my old Zoho email it comes back undeliverable. Any way I can fix this or somehow set up forwarding from zoho to hostpapa? When I set up my new email client it deleted all DNS that I had entered for zoho. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How to enable outgoing mail to a disabled user
Hi, I'm using the free plan of zoho mail service, and one user has disbled outgoing mails because the user try to send a mail with too mucha address, and because of it, the user can't send mail. I'm trying to enable it, but it shows me the message that only paid plan can do that. My question is, the user can not send a mail anymore?, or it will be enabled to send after some days?, if not, how could I enable it again?.

I set up a new zoho account for a new domain name and migrated and forwarded my email from Andrew@and-how.org successfully but since this morning I have not received any outside emails to my account even though I am told they were sent without fail. Please help!
Setup a new account; still unable to receive emails

I really need to find some way to automatically mark all mail that is placed in the archive folder as read. It just get confusing when it shows that I have unread mail there when I have already dealt with it.
Moving an alias email to another email user account

I am not receiving email sent from my webserver to my zoho accounts, but it is going fine to external domains. It was working fine yesterday and then I had to make some changes to the SPF record and since that time no emails I send from my webserver actautostaffing.com using my zoho email account donotreply@actstaffing.us and using persist mailsender with port 465 and my iis smtp server sends out great but it only received by external domains like Hotmail and yahoo but not to any of the zoho email

Cant send emails in outlook
I am able to receive any emails i send to the address but i cannot send out of them on any computer, phone or device. What is the way to fix this issue as its really frustrating for a business email. comes with error 0x800CCC13 cannot connect to the network. This happens on any computer and have done the outlook troubleshooting, also it wills end outlook test email fine when adding the account.

Active Sync with iOS not working
Hello, I have just setup a brand new Zoho Mail account. Everything is working fine. I get emails on the iOS app and on the webapp, but I would much prefer getting push active sync mail straight to iOS. No matter what I do, it seems it does not want to authenticate. For any other emails account it works well but for one of our mail account it couldn't get the verification and notification emails from producteev. Blocked Emails
We are using Zoho email, and our website is using one of the mailboxes to send email notifications to all users. The emails are received on all the mailboxes, except for the ones for our company that are hosted with Zoho... not getting any error message from the website side, and can't find any log to trace under Zoho email. I went in to set up my email so people can email me but it looks like it is to our website. (instead of teamaru@zoho.com it would read teamaru@aruproductions.com) I know it said it can take up to 48 hours to verify, but it has been 5 days. I have not received a verification email from GoDaddy or anyone about this and I know I have done all the steps with zoho, any thoughts?
