Outgoing Mail Limit has changed.
Recently we started getting blocked for outgoing mail exceeding the limit. This was odd because it has been fine for a long time. Finally I checked the email policy and saw that the greyed out range was 1 - 50 However in our box it read 100. This would be fine. Playing with other settings I noticed you could not enter numbers exceeding the range. This then implied we used to have a limit of 100 and since it has been reduced to 50. As we send email via our website using SMTP a higher limit is important
Opened Emails
We are currently testing Zoho and one of the questions we have is regarding email. Can you see when someone actually views your email that you send. This would be just your normal emails to follow-up or present a proposal to a client/prospect. Salesforce has this funtion which is someting we really like because we can tell when somenoe has actually opened our email.

CRM App In Mail Sidebar
Hello, For a long time, we've had the link to Zoho CRM through a button in our Zoho Mail account, on the app sidebar. But now it doesn't seem to work. We can still get to the CRM by going outside of Mail, but it was really convenient to access it through the Mail App Sidebar. Any idea why it's not working anymore? Thanks!
My email domain does not exist anymore and certain outgoing emails bounce back for same reason

Form Submission Emails Vanishing
I set up a contact form to email 'enquiries@' as well as the user who has completed the form. 'Normal' email to enquiries@ (i.e. using an email client) is redirected to the two other email accounts set up. If I send a form response to enquries@ then it just disappears and is never received (the form user does get his copy). Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Many thanks in advance

My client n****@nickycoates.com is constantly getting this message: Details :Mail Outgoing blocked. Reason :Daily Mail Size Quota Exceeds Limit [Total Mail Size=768,000] I've unblocked repeatedly but it keeps happening. She's not sending anywhere near that limit. Please advise. thanks
Incoming sender mail blocked
Hi - I have been having trouble on one of my domains mailboxes. Incoming mail from a particular domain is getting blocked which I have white listed (otterbein.org). General question on smtp
I've recently joined the Zoho mail users, this to avoid problems (blacklisting, not caused by the users of my domain) with my web host. Did I understand it well that If a mail is sent via Zoho with an smtp of the domain provider that this problem will be avoided? or do you advice to use the zoho smtp? if I use Zoho smtp a mail verification is needed, but I don't recieve the verification mail... All, If a mail is sent out with the smtp of the domain provider via zoho, and the ip of the provider is on a blacklist due to other problems on a shared host. is the mail then sent out? will he be reveived by the adresse? Is this avoided by using the smtp of zoho?

Signature - image not showing
Hi, I am trying to create a signature with an image logo underneath the wording. The signature says it has been created and the image is there (attached not cut and paste) but when I create an email the wording shows but not the image? Any ideas?
Domain disclaimer not showing up on mail sent from activesync users
When I send mail from the web client the domain disclaimer works great. When I send mail with my phone using activesync I dont get a disclaimer on my outbound emails. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a way to fix it?

Hi Guys, I have a general contact@xyz.com e-mail that automatically forwards all messages to 2 different accounts. Anyone available can pick up the message and respond to it. Works great. Except... A few messages get sento to "contact"s SPAM folder. it doesn't get forwarded and nobody responds to them (they've been false positives so far). I'd much rather disable SPAM processing for this account and let the other two accounts deal with it - because users for those accounts regularly check their own

Verizon is blocking Zoho mail as spam
Whenever I try to send to a Verizon email address I get the following: ERROR_CODE :571, ERROR_CODE :Email from 74.201.84.163 is currently blocked by Verizon Online's anti-spam system. The email sender or Email Service Provider may visit http://www.verizon.net/whitelist and request removal of the block. 150630 Please help!
So much spam since joining ZOHO! Any idea why this is?
We never got this much spam before. Since signing on with ZOHO our spam emails have tripled. Any idea why this is? We do not expose our address any more than usual but the spike corresponds with ZOHO sign up. The spam filter works to stop spam 60% of the "new" spam from getting to the inbox but I keep getting the same spam over and over. Does the ZOHO spam filter not track and delete spam directly from the server? Thank you, Tracy

I'm using Outlook 2013. We are able to send emails with no delay. Receiving emails on the other hand, the delays are up to 30 minutes. Are you guys upgrading servers or something? This happens almost every month...

unable to setup mailbox for other users. Outlook can't get pop mail when connected via Frontier as ISP
I'm a new Zoho user. Configured Outlook on my laptop and it works fine when I'm on Wifi connected to Internet with Comcast as the ISP. It also works fine if I connect to my AT&T Lte hotspot. But if connected to Internet via Frontier as the Isp I get errors inOutllok send & receive that the pop and SMTP servers cannot be reached. I can access Zoho via Web just fine with Frontier. I called Frontier and they were unhelpful by saying I should be using their email. I tried changing my DNS server to googles
