I need to retrieve an email I accidentally deleted from my spam box
Hi Zoho Team, I did send an email to support(at)zohomail(dot)com last night and I also phoned Zoho to see if they could help. Yesterday evening (16th June between 8:05-8:25pm) I accidentally deleted a very important email from my spam box. I then realised by googling that once I deleted it from the spam it hasn't gone in to the trash or deleted messages. I was hoping there is some way to retrieve this mail as it was very very important and I didn't mean to delete it. Would really appreciate any help

Hi, For the past couple days, zoho mail seems to have a problem of not able to connect to the server. I experienced this problem every couple minutes. Rename templates
Hello, when inserting a template http://i.imgur.com/sW3U8Uz.png The first 20 or so characters of the template email are shown. For all the templates we use, those 20 letters are identical though, which makes it very difficult to find the correct template. Is there a way to name the templates, or number them, or so? Thanks!
Does Zoho Mail support multiple sign-in?
For example, imagine two users: bob@domain.com support@domain.com Is it possible for Bob to log-in to both accounts in a single browser session the way that you can in Google Apps? In Google you can keep the different inboxes open in their own tabs simultaneously. Does Zoho support this feature, or would you have to use two different browsers to keep both user accounts logged in?

Hello, When trying to access my email it simply says 'undefined' and there are no folders etc that are normally there with my email in. My friend can access there email so I know it's not affecting the whole of zoho and my email address can still be accessed on my mobile. Can anyone shed light on this? Many thanks, Sean
Folders not available for entire domain
Our domain email stopped working suddenly. Inbox or any other folders are not available for all users. This happened after sending an email without subject. I composed an email without subject and put 22 email addresses in BCC. When I clicked send button one pop-up warned and asked for subject. I clicked on cancel hoping it will return to the email editor but the email sent successfully. I got a reply on that email and when I was trying to send a reply on that I got IO error. I refreshed the page
Missing Emails
I have two email accounts, however the emails from my main account are missing. It seems as if all my data has been deleted and I am not able to retrieve anything. All my folders are empty, I am not able to receive mail and all my documents are gone. When I log its blank and where it has the storage information is shows This account (%NaN%) and for Allotted (0 KB). Also when I try to check the unread messages it just says undefined. Please help as this is urgent. How do I get all of my emails back?

I can not receive mail through TheBat! mail client since 05/18/2015. If I understand correctly, the email client should automatically update the certificate, but that did not happen. Or the problem lies elsewhere? How to solve the problem? Thanks!
Activesync qustion
I just signed up for Zoho mail and have configured activesync on my iPhone (iPhone5, iOS 8.3). It appears to sync but will only sync back about 6 months. I have confirmed that the emails are there for that time period and the contacts are syncing. I have also confirmed that imap syncs the entire mailbox. I administer Exchange where I work and we only sync back one month so I have not tested this anywhere else. Is this normal behavior?
Delayed mail
Last week I experienced a delay in emails coming in. Some of them came days later. Today I am experiencing it again, and of course I am waiting for time sensitive emails to come in. Could this please be looked at and if possible, force the queue of emails to deliver. I have tried logging in via zoho app and webmail. So it does not appear to be a client issue. Thanks Justin

Zoho email integration with cloud version of Office 365 email
Has anyone been successful integrating Zoho email with the cloud version of Office 365 email. I would love to use Office 365 email but have the email sent and responded to attached to the zoho record. It is easy to send emails from Zoho, but the responses we get from the email come back into our Office 365 email and I want those responses to easily attach to the record in Zoho HELP or point me to the instruction to setup!

I can't safe in concept
If I write an email and want to safe it in concept I lose my mail. My iphone asks me it needs to safe or not. I say 'yes' and than I got the message thy at that it failed to collect email because imap.zoho.com is not responding. And I lose my mail, it is not in the concept box. In my laptop it is slightly different. After confirming that I want it to be safed in the concept box, I got a simple message that it can't safe mail and I lose it also. What can be wrong? Jos

E-mail communication to one certain e-mail address does not work
If I write an e-mail to ***@web.de, the receiver does not receive my e-mails. Also not in his SPAM folder. Same vice versa, I don't receive his e-mails in my zoho inbox (also not in my SPAM folder). All other e-mails on both sides seem to work without problem. What is wrong there? Thanks for your help! Kim P.S.: We can communicate without any problem if I go through my google account.

10 minute delay with POP retrieval
Just started trialling Zohomail. I've noticed that after an email arrives at Zoho webmail, it takes 10 minutes to retrieve via POP. Is this normal? I can understand if Zoho wants to discourage the use of POP, I just need to know whether this delay is standard practice for Zoho.
Zoho mail all of a sudden not working - own domain
I have a mail account with Zoho that just stopped working....it wont connect in Outlook for Mac incoming or outgoing and nothing on my end has changed other than a wifi network change. I have two other accounts in Outlook for Mac and they are working just fine (one is exchange and one is gmail). What do i need to check out? What's strange is that the account is working fine on my iPhone/iPad just not in Outlook. I deleted the account and set it up again.
