PHP mail()
Hi, My web host by DH with share IP. I used mx.zohomail.com and received in zoho no issue. However, I tested PHP mail() function on my site's mailform and it displays mail has successfully sent. But no email arrived in Recipients account. Please help how to fix this problem? Thanks in advance! Mike
unwanted 'sent' emails
Dear Sirs, Please check in my account and look in my ‘sent’ box! My email address is being used as a reply/return service, where people use my email as a reply/return address. I’ve never written these messages and they being sent by somekind of automated reply service. I also see in my spam folder emails which are returned which I never have sent ? Problem recovering email password
Hi, I have this issue where I cannot remember the email for the admin account linked to the domain pantrypan.com . The admin registered at support@pantrypan.com but when i tried to recover it said the email was sent to support@pantrypan.com... then it gave me an option of editing the email, when i did it sent an email to the new email i entered. When i tried to login as support@pantrypan.com again it told me the account did not exist... Can someone help me with this?

zMail Team, In Outlook/Hotmail some emails like those from US Postal Service, Paypal eBay, Microsoft (their operator), White House etc get a green ribbon with the tooltip verified sender. Hello, I've been using Zoho Mail for a few months and it was great, but I've had a problem recently with my hosting and everything in my page stopped working, including my Zoho Email. I've fixed everything but this, it looks like it's deactived. I wrote again the MX records in my domain control pannel and it's still not working. Almost 24 hours have passed but it's still not working, so I've deleted the records and made it again. Still not working. I've even tried to check it through http://mxtoolbox.com/

Hello I have linked my domain to Zoho email so that it will read like.. admin@example1.com The problem is that when I send to other domain custom email that is free hosted by outlook.com, ie admin@example2.com the email doesnt go through.. zoho mail receives the emails alright but it doesnt send from zoho to outlook hosted custom domain email. Can I set up ActiveSync with my Outlook on my desktop?
One of the users for within clients business are unable to sync their email via IMAP or POP3 as their cloud CRM provider has explained that they only use exchange due to roaming profiles. Can we use the activesync within a desktop outlook client?

New user here. Verified domain, added users, changed MX record and did email migration.I have not been able to receive any emails for the last 24 hours. 3 hours after changing MX record, I tried a few test emails but came back with instant failure. 24 hours after MX update, test emails are sent but I get no failures and emails are not delivered either. Hi, Self had been receiving the following the error on configuraiton of outlook 2013 for Zoho mail "Receiving reported error (0*800CCC90). Your incoming (pop3) email server has reported an internal error". This happens either I try it using the normal login method or try it using the 2 factor authentication with applicaiton specific password. Request you resolve the same asap. I get emails from Zoho to my web mail/ domain, but the system keep telling I need to verify my domain (which I did) in order to set up the mail box. no one answering at customer service... you want me to upgrade and pay for your services... this is not a good start

The MX changes have been made on my Godaddy account but when I check the MX Records I still points to granogeek-ca.mail.protection.outlook.com. Well I guess I have to make it public.I emailed support about 1 week ago regarding my newly purchased domain not be able to be verified by zoho no matter what method I use to set up email.I have tried all 3 ways and it keeps stating zoho cannot verify ownership of domain.Can you NOT blow me off for another week and simply state if it can be fixed so I can move on to another host or not.This is VERY,VERY,VERY frustrating as well as UNPROFESSIONAL.

Hi there, hope you're well I have a problem with one of my mails. When I send mail from sdasilva@dasilva.com.uy to secretaria@dasilva.com.uy the mails seems to desappear. They're not on spam and they don´t bounce either. From secretaria@dasilva.com.uy to sdasilva@dasilva.com.uy (the other way) they are delivered correctly. I have a modest 1 user paid Zoho account ( 31262929 ) which I thought allowed me multiple domains (though only one user) I have moved 2 domains to Zoho Mail. hostedcycling.com and ensemblecycling.com I am trying to setup my Zoho Mail for these two domains and then offline IMAP email accounts on Thunderbird. but I want to keep the email addresses separate and distinct. right now, all mail to either account seems to come into both. can you help me sort this out?
