not getting my emails
my domain name server crashed i haven't received any emails since one of the reasons i wanted to use zoho was that I wanted to get my mail even if i was having server problems does my server have to be working for me to get my mail ?
Forgot password, how to remove domain to create new account?
I forgot my password and I want to register as a new user but my domain is stuck registered to the account of which I had forgotten my password. How do I remove my domain so I can re-register it again?

I've searched through the forums and can't seem to find the issue. UNABLE TO SEND: One user gets systematically bounced, mail transaction fails, misleading error.
One of our users gets systematically bounced back. Contrary to what the error received states, the user does indeed exist. Examples follow. The user tried sending just a few emails today. Is there anything we could do on our side? This seems to be an issue with Zoho mail, in my opinion. Delivery to same target email from another user on our very same domain work as expected, the issue seems to be linked to this particular user of ours. Incoming mail stuck in a queue
I'm using PHPMailer as the client and Easy SMTP as the server to send emails to my Zoho Mail. I've sent a lot of test emails from my website but they appear to be stuck in some sort of queue. The email successfully sends, according to PHPMailer and checking the mail queue on my sendmail on Linux. The emails are not arriving on their own. We are discovering that our email communications to our customers are routinely ending up in their SPAM folder. Upon further research we have learned that the Zoho Email servers are blacklisted by some monitoring organizations. This appears to be an ongoing problem. Delay in receiving emails
Hello, I am a new ZohoMail user. I am just creating a small business domain with couple of emails. During my internal tests today there is anoying delay in recieving emails in Zoho (both through mail.zoho.com, and an external client). The delay is between 15 minutes to 2 hours. Hi, is there a way how to add attachment over 20 MB? I am using free mail without my own domain, and I can add attachments only up to 20 MB. I thought that as a free user, I can add attachments up to 25 MB(as the maximum size of mail should be 25 MB).Or that is just available for user with their own domain? I've tried from several different computers and we are unable to send or receive emails using our mail client. Webmail doesn't work either. Logged in using different browsers, I am able to see emails that have been previously sent and received but cannot do anything else. iOS Exchange set up - limited to 50 contacts?
I am currently using a free Zoho email account with my own domain. Email is being pushed nicely to a standard Exchange set up on my iPhone (via msync.zoho.com) but when I try and sync my 168 contacts I only ever get the first 50 and then it refuses to sync any more.
