Zoho refuses to explain additional charges
I've been very patient. I contacted Zoho to explain the additional charges that were present in my bank statement. My message did not demand any refund, it kindly requested that Zoho explain the multiple unexplained charges. Because of this I have removed my bank records from the mail website. Zoho has refused to answer. It has refused to explain the charges. Please bear in mind that my official bank statement has Zoho Corp in its records. My bank has suggested that I report Zoho to their fraud department
Zoho login loop problem
Hello, I have an account under Zoho with registered email info@seniorfeelingslink.com. After login I get notification " Verify email address to activate your account. Registered Email Address info@seniorfeelingslink.com ". How can I verify this email if I cannot login because it's under Zoho ? So it's like a loop: I cannot verify email because I can't login and I can't login because it's not verified. Thanks for help, Gintare
IMAP settings will not persist
I just created an account and I am trying to get IMAP setup. I enable IMAP but the enabling does not seem to persist. When I navigate away and come back it is set to disabled again. I have tried in multiple browsers too, no luck. Help?

Emails not always getting sent / delivered - Mac Mail
I seem to have an intermittent problem with my sending using mac mail. I've had clients say they haven't received emails from me with important contracts etc, then I check my sent mail and it's not there but I know 110% I sent it. It might be when I attach a document as that seems to be a trend? We pay for various Zoho services, so I'm hoping someone can help me out here? Most of our spam goes to the spam folder (good) but regularly I get, what to me are the same spam emails going to my inbox too (where I mark it as spam). I'm part of some mailing lists (pfsense & mythtv lists) which a large number of them are being put into my spam folder. Since they are from mailing lists, they do not appear as as typical email does. Having issues with setting up MX records for mail hosting (names.co.uk)
Hi There, I have been trying for last few days to update the MX records in names.co.uk to point to zoho. I have tried both mx.zoho.com, mx2.zoho.com and mx.zohomail.com, mx2.zohomail.com but cant get it to work. The MX records seems correct in my names.co.uk account but I am unable to send email to my hosted email address. Please note, http://mxtoolbox.com/ is not showing the correct MX records either. Not Receiving Emails (in hosted zoho accounts only) from Website's Contact Form
I've set up a website for my neighborhood association, and started to use zoho mail hosting for nice email addresses. However, I found quickly that emails from our website's contact form are never delivered to any of the hosted zoho mail accounts. They ARE delivered to my personal @gmail.com account and to a personal @zoho.com account. The zoho account is the super admin for the hosted service. I'm at a loss.

I am unable to receive emails to my address anymore. I was receiving them fine before today. I bought the domain with godaddy and had the email set up shortly after and it was working fine. Today, I purchased hosting with iPage and pointed the nameservers from godaddy to ipage. Would that affect receiving mail? I'm getting a 550 recipient rejected message when I do a test email.

When I go and click enable on the imap status and it says it is sucuessfully updated and then I try and I get a failure notice so I go back to the same place where I enabled it and it says disabled... Changing record type in Email Template
I have cloned a lead email and want to duplicate it in the potential email template area. But for some reason I cannot changed the "Record Type" after I have cloned the email to change it from Leads to Potentials. It is fixed as "lead' when all other area are editable. Is there something I am missing.

I send mail from a test Gmail account and a couple of others to my Zoho mail account. Using the Zoho mail web interface, I check for the mail, but the mail never arrives. I see a message at the top of the screen: Unable to connect to messaging server. Connecting in XX seconds. Try now. It never connects. I am able to send mail out from Zoho successfully.

How to mark email NOT SPAM with outlook
I use IMAP for my zoho mail via outlook 2013. When i get messages in my spam folder, can i mark then NOT SPAM via outlook or do i have to use the zoho mail web portal? When i use the zoho portal and mark a spam message not spam ,it move to my inbox. Also can you not select spam emails and block the sender, or subject?

Change of email problem
I have changed my email address because my service is now discontinued (Microsoft acquisition of Nokia). My problem is Zoho is sending a confirmation message to this now discontinued service and therefore I cannot verify and thereby change to a new email address. How can I do this? Nothing I've tried appears to work. Every did work OK before and I know I should have changed this while the service was still operational, but this has caused me unnecessary inconvenience. Hi, My friend's account info (at) t-makom.com returns "Account is inactive" when I try to log in to Zoho Mail. I also tried resetting the password but I also get the same notification. I registered a domain with GoDaddy yesterday. I chose Zoho for Email hosting. I followed every instruction I could find on setting it up. I verified my domain, which proved successful. I added some MX records (kept buggering that up, but think I got there in the end), and finally came to setting up my mobile (iPhone). Excessive Volume of Spam
I have an odd problem. Within 24 hours of setting up a new email account using my own domain name I started receiving a huge volume of sex oriented spam that appears to be coming from Russia--sex sites, sex toys, etc.- emails are all pretty similar and probably originate in the same place. That new address is a private email address, given to only about a dozen friends and family. I am reluctant to create a new email address, as I have changed twice in the past year. I have no problem with my inbox.
