Email warning message
When I open my Zoho email I get this message "Invalid Security Certificate for the Server. Try changing the incoming port to 110, without SSL and check again." What does this mean?
Forwarding email
Did try to search the forums but couldn't find anything. I have a single mailbox address with 8 aliases. One of those aliases (help@domain.co.uk) needs to be forwarded on to another person. Is it possible to just forward this single email address within the group? Thanks

Not able to send emails from iPhone 6 with 2 factor verification
Good morning, the only user who is using the two-factor verification is unable to send emails from his mobile, he have set it up with my assistance by adding the verification code onto his iPhone and he is successfully receiving all emails, but he can not send them from the device - it says, wrong user nam or password, this issue started about 1 week ago, before that all emails were sent successfully. Hello,, Thank you for your services, I just getting starting using your email service as a hosting. My website offer to the user send images, in my website has a form and in the background I convert the image to data URL and send the message body contain a clickable link for this image data...but it seems the link has been deleted. Error Message When Inviting Someone To Zoho Mail In Our Organization
We have been using gmail in conjunction with zoho but are now wanting to switch to use zoho as our email client instead. We are using the same domain name @thehireconnection.net and have already verified ownership. As we began adding new users, most were added with minimal problems but two came back with the same error message (different email addresses of course) and I am not sure what it means, nor are the individual users. Did anyone else encounter this and how did you rectify the situation?

The Add to Cloud button does not show the Zoho Docs workspaces

Automatic transcript for sent mails - supervised email
Hi, I am a customer of Zoho and I'm really glad with the services. I was just wondering is it possible for emails to define one o many addresses for supervision. I mean for example if someone sent any emails from his account someone else (which is defined for system) can automatically receive a copy (transcript) of that email? I can define this procedure on Outlook but if he access his mail from web mail, it can't be done. Thanks in advanced.

We have been using our custom SMTP server through Zoho for a long time now and we recently updated our SSL certificate, it is valid and installed correctly on our Exchange server. I am able to send mail normally through both Thunderbird and GMail using these same exact server settings. Bug on Zoho mail
Hi there, I found a bug in zoho mail. The problem is in navigation links on emails. Navigation links are disabled after user coming back to my recent emails after i view old emails (ex : from 50-100 to 0-50). After come to first page of new emails (0-50) user can't go to old emails using the navigation. It need to be reload again to go old emails again. Hope you will fix this bug soon. Thank you. Emails sending fine but have stopped receiving emails today!!
Hello, I set up email for my domain yesterday and was sending and receiving emails fine. However, today I am only able to send emails and have stopped receiving any?? All my MX records are correct. IMAP error message in Thunderbird stating I have exceeded the number of IMAP connections
I understand that Zoho may be experiencing technical problems at the moment but I wanted to be explicit about what error I am receiving. I should also say that as of 5 minutes ago, I am able to connect with IMAP without problems but the error message has been intermittent for the past 2 days. I am using a pc and have flushed my dns cache with the commpand prompt (ipconfig /flushdns). MyThunderbird is also set to allow a maximum of just 1 cached server connection, although I have changed this to 5

Mail can't connect to account
Hi Zoho, When I try to send and receive in my desktop client (Mail), I get an error by outgoing mail saying 'Mail can't connect to the account "smtp.zoho.com:myemailaddress.com". The dialog asks me to enter my password, which doesn't seem to affect anything, the error keeps coming. I seem to be able to receive mail OK, just cannot send. email sent from Android zoho mail is not readable from zoho mail on the desktop
Forgive me if this is a known issue.. I just recently installed Zoho CRM, and Mail. just realized this after testing. 2 issues... Any emails sent from Android zoho mail is received by recipient, but that are not able to see the email text. You can see some of it in the mouse over effect of the email header. Also, i noticed that if i send a few threads between accounts on the desktop, the android client doesn't ever see them thx for any insight, and again, i apologize if these are known issues already

Is IMAP still slow
Hello Zoho My emails aren't blocked, but in reading them through Outlook, they are consistently slow/lagging, with Outlook giving me a variety of IMAP error messages from time to time. It's clear from the forum that you've had some IMAP problems over the last couple of weeks - are these completely resolved? Do I have a specific problem or is there a general one? AnthonyM

Hi, when I try to sync from my android phone the address-book and there is a contact with contact-picture (avatar), the sync crashes and I have no way to sync. Also if I export the addres book to file and try to import via web in zoho contact list, the import procedure goes in never-ending status and no contact is added. How can I manage contacts with their pictures?
Not receiving email form external domains

When I was attempting to send an email to one of my contacts in the ZOHO app on my droid i was given the chose of how to send the email......... through my gmail, outlook, etc...
