Contact import - multiple .vcf?
Contact import - multiple .vcf? I have about 600 contacts to import; is there a way to import multiple .vcf files in one operation. I would prefer not to go through the import file procedure 600 times (!). I am choosing .vcf as I want the photos to import; otherwise I would choose .csv. Better still I would sync these Outlook contacts to Zoho, if your sync functionality were working well in the Outlook Mail Suite utility (hint hint); or if photos were imported through the Google contact import feature

I cannot send or receive mail to/from my Zohomail account using my Eudora Pro desktop mail client. Any suggestions on how to do so would be most appreciated! How can Zoho mail delete emails after a period of time from the server, but not in my email client? Because momentarily if I delete an email on the server it also deletes it in my email client 'Apple Mail'. I want this because I would like to store the emails on my computer without losing them. Also I don't want the server to get full.

I need to forward emails from a specific sender to two of my zoho e-mail accounts
I use an automated contact form on my website that will only send to one email address. I need the message to go to a second zoho account also. I'd like to have the contact form message go to our info@ourdomain.com and then be forwarded to our sales manager and business manager. Alternatively, it can go to the sales manager and be automatically forwarded to the business manager. I found this can be done using filters but I'm having trouble figuring out how to do it. Specific Account not Receiving Email
Our domain is able to receive emails, but starting this afternoon, my email jon at basicsproducts dot com is not receiving any emails. We have run several tests but can't get it to work. Outgoing blocked - please unblock
Hi. One of our users (Amy) has "Outgoing disabled" on her account. The troubleshooting section gives the reason, "Mail size exceeds limit". I'm guessing this was because of a large attachment she tried to send? We'll find the email and delete it from her outbook. But we cannot wait 5 days for the account to automatically be enabled again. Can you please enable for it for me? Thanks
Unable to recieve emails
Hi - I know this question has been asked before, but none seem to answer the question I'm after and I have come to the end of the road!! I can send emails but not receive them. Have implemented all the amendments (correctly I think) on our server, but it still does not work. Also, is there any way to also receive the emails locally on desktop (Outlook express). Many thanks. Dear LS, I made a new account at zoho and mail to an excisting domain klasseakoestiek.nl Added Zoho to MX Records. I am able to send mail from Zoho platform (from mailadres @klasseakoestiek.nl). but strangely sometimes I can receive email from my gmail account or my work acount. Since a week or two ago, some (but not all) Chinese emails have been messed up in the webmail panel. The concerned emails can be displayed correctly in Microsoft Outlook after downloading via POP3. Hi, We're able to send and receive correctly from all our mail accounts, except email sent from Mandrill. Our Mandrill account is fully set up and able to send correctly to other email accounts. Automatically deleting mails on server and storing them localy
How can I automatically delete old emails in my Zoho inbox while keeping them stored locally in my Apple Mail email client? I want this because I'm afraid that my inbox will get full. Also I've noticed that when I manually delete an email in my Zoho inbox, that it will also be deleted locally in my Apple Mail email client. That shouldn't be possible.

Overzealous spam filters???
I only set up my Zoho account a few days ago, and do not have any spam filters configured, but emails are being sent straight to the spam folder. Ther eis nothing listed in the AntiSpam blacklists, and nothing configured in the filters, and yet it's still happening with people I know. Why?
iOS App icon question
Hi thee... I just signed up to use Zoho, basically just for email. If I'm specifically using the ZohoMail app, to keep it separate from my other mail which I use the iOS Mail app, is there any way to have the number of unread emails show up on the ZohoMail icon, like how the number of unread texts shows up in a red circle in the upper right corner of the Messages icon? I was setup phpmailer on my site, but "SMTP connect failed()" always happen when I pointing to zoho. I tried on localhost, everything is fine, email sent perfectly. So I called tech Support of my web hosting provider, he mention that wasn't able to ping zoho smtp. he assumed my web hosting provider IP address was blocked by zoho.
