Receiving emails have been "spotty"
So we have just recently transitioned to Zoho. We noticed that when weswitched we began randomly having issues with people sending mail to us.It seems some are coming through but others at times are not. To add,these are people that have had our email "auto complete" savedin their contacts for years. Since we've transitioned to Zohowe've notice this emerge. Ironic? Or is this an issue anyone isaware of?

I have been testing ZoHo for my company and have been encountering issues with creating an e-mail address (@zoho) on my personal account. I finally managed to create a different one through the Android app (it insisted that I already existed, even though I don't believe I've created an address before, and my UN is unique). I came back to my laptop and opened the new e-mail, and.... it connected to the company account. Ummm.... WTF? The Personal Account (PA) was created completely separately

Hi, My @mydomain.ie email was working fine on zoho on my iphone and then I enabled two step authenication. Using the application specific password that I created, my phone would simply not accept the password. I had double checked all the settings were correct, and I made sure all ports, and servers and SSL were as per your imap setup document. Hi, I just moved over from my shared hosting to Zoho - everything is working great, except for two things: 1. ActiveSync doesn't work with Outlook 2013 - I assume you do not support desktop clients at this time? (It's not a train-smash; IMAP is sufficient for my laptop.) 2. Slow retrieval of email from POP server
My team is transitioning to Zoho Mail as a client to Gmail hosted email. We have our POP Server Settings to check and retrieve email set to 3 minutes, but are finding that email can sit in our Gmail inbox for 10 to 15 min before showing up in our Zoho Mail Inbox. Are we missing a setting in Zoho or in Gmail that will provide quicker updates? Waiting on emails more than a few minutes is going to be a problem for us and I'd like to see if there is a solution to this before giving up on Zoho. Thanks

Hi, I have this problem: I have created several filters so that mails end up in the correct mail folder. However, when I have new mails and they are marked as unread, I cannot see them, because the folder is marked READ. I cannot open 10+ folders just to check if there are new messages, that would make filters useless! Any idea what I can do? thanks, marc

It seems that the webmail client always downloads inline images from an external site. Can this be disabled? This is a sure way to get your mail-address on every spam-list out there due to pixel-tracking.
How to search and find all emails of the 2013
Dear All, I would like to ask you if there is any way to find all my SENT emails of the year 2013. In the image below (Advanced search) I can find all the emails but if I do not write a text then I have a pop up window 'Enter some text to search'. If I enter some text then I think it will not show me all the SENT emails 2013 but the mails which contains this text. So what should I write in the Subject Contains field to get ALL the SENT emails of the year 2013?
Relate an Email to a Contact?
Is there anyway to compose a new email and have it related to a contact? For example, say I'm sending my office manager an email about a specific customer and I want that email message saved to the contact account just like it would if I sent that contact an email so any time I'm in that contacts account I'll see any emails related to that contact. I was in a rush and didn't have time for proper loguot etc. I closed the browser and shut down the computer. The following day midday at home I urned on the computer and went to check my email. How do Government Customers Handle Email Records Keeping Requirements without a Journal Account?
Government customers using Zoho surely have to deal with records keeping requirements for email. As Zoho does not offer a Journal account (think Exchange Server) that acts as a catch-all for sent and received email, how do you meet the records keeping requirements for your state? Zoho does allow a forward email address for outgoing mail. However, there is no auto Bcc or similar function available. How do you work around this issue government customers?
