Hi, Although its great service but I am facing two issues , first All mails(read or unread) are not shown in inbox, I have to click on unread button to check new emails. secondly, notification option is not working in your zoho mobile application, I set different sound but it's still not working. could you please tell how would I resolve these issues. -- SHAZ

Extremely Slow IMAP Synchronization (Again)
I'm reporting extremely slow IMAP synchronization which started early this evening 11/10/2014 NY time and has persisted. Using Outlook 2007. This seems to happen more and more frequently and I'm becoming discouraged. I moved to Zoho from Homestead and was quite happy for a long time, but the last few months have seen more frequent severe load conditions, outages, authentication problems, etc. There is never an issue with the web UI, at least not for me, but I use Zoho almost exclusively for IMAP,
Horrible IMAP Response Time
Is anyone else experiencing significant delays synchronizing IMAP folders? I've been having trouble all day. Using Outlook 2007 - tried Safe Mode, restarts, etc. Have very little mail in folders and I'm getting server timeouts. I set up a email at Zoho to redirect to one Gmail account, but is not working. 20 minutes have passed and the email didn't arrived. Any ideas?
553 Relaying Error
I am continuing to get 553 Relaying error when sending from the Outlook client on individual desktops: SMTP authentication is checked within Outlook addresses are correct in the Send Mail in the Zoho interface I can send/receive from within the web application. I can only receive in Outlook. I am not sure what other steps I can take here.
Using ZOHO web server to serve my web site..
Hello, I am new to Zoho VO, I setup ZOho VO on my Windows 2k Server. It is running fine. I have a Linux Web server also that I run PHPBB and MySQL and Apache on. Is it possible to get Zoho to run my web site on that is on my Linux box? Can you setup PHP with Zoho. I think Zoho is using Apache correct??? If that isn't an option, can I at least use Zoho to run HTML pages? I am sorry if this has been asked before, but I don't see an option to search on this forum. Continuously receiving undelivered mails since more than 4 days
Hi, I am in a great problem. I have one email id info@vaibhavinternational.com. Some days back I have sent few emails to my clients and it was undelivered. Now, since more than 4 days, I am continuously receiving bounce emails. Per day I am receiving more than 3000 Emails in my email id. I am in a great problem because of this. Sent messages do not appear in sent folder for hours in IMAP with Thunderbird
Hi there. Here in my organization we use Thunderbird with IMAP settings to handle our Zoho mail. We have configured Thunderbird not to save copies of sent messages in the Sent folder since Zoho does that for us. However, I've noticed that messages sent do not appear in my sent folder for hours. Not having a copy in the sent folder inmediately may confuse users because they might believe the message was not sent. Is this a normal behavior of the Zoho mail service? Some emails not received until 1 or 2 days later
Hi This has affected our email system with Zoho and several of our clients emails. This has been happening for 2 days where some emails don't come through until a day or 2 later. This happens even from emails sent internally from colleagues. It is not ideal if we need to work in real-time, and the email system is not working properly. User Name is incorrect in the From field
Hi, When sending emails from my Zoho mail account it sets my name as Craif rather than Craig. I can't see where I've set this typo up as I've checked the settings for my email and they all look to say Craig which is correct. Could you help me to correct this, please? Many thanks, Craig

Hi, When I try to send emails to zoho mail from other mail servers the following happens; The error that the other server returned was: 550-Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client, or login to the 550-IMAP/POP3 server before sending your message. mail-qg0-f48.google.com 550-[209.85.192.48]:45780 is not permitted to relay through this server without 550 authentication. Hi! I set up the free account to see how we like zoho. Email was working... I have several message in my inbox. But nothing is coming through now. I've sent test messages that are not received on the other end. And I am not getting test messages sent to me. MX records are set up properly and the domain was verified using HTML. POP 3 Invalid Security Certificate
Hi Guys, I have a number of 1 and 1 email accounts I have routed to Zoho Mail so I can have them all in one place. As of yesterday I am getting an Invalid Security Certificate message. Nobody can reply or send my email addresses (custom domain) but I can send emails to anyone. The only way I've been able to receive emails is if I send an email from my own domain to another email that ends in my same domain but I can't send it an email from my personal email. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong in the settings and mappings ?

Two Factor Authentication Issue
The last time I logged in via webmail I was asked to set up Two Factor Authentication. I did all the confirmations. However, MAC Mail would no longer allow me to connect to Zoho once this was done, for sending or receiving emails. So I had to disable 2FA. Not sure if this is a security feature or something, but just in case anyone else has this happen to them, I figured it was worth posting. This was very frustrating.

POP and SMTP failing from MAC Mail
I believe that since I added in that additional level of security (the one that ties SMS to my phone) that I have not been able to connect to the Zoho mail servers via POP, SMTP or even IMAP. Access Zoho mail with POP from Mac
I am setting up a new Zoho account. I have not yet changed my MX records. I want to test first. I obviously have one address, my zoho administrator address. It currently has One Unread Message. It looks like anything from an external to zoho email service is not coming into our account.
