Hi, i have a problem. I can't send e-mails to zoho acc from another mail service but from zoho to zoho mail i can. What can i do? Is it my problem or what?

Problem sending emails
Hi, I use roundcube in my own domain, but when I try to send an email, roundcube keeps loading and loading. I check the configuration and is ok. Server: ssl://smtp.zoho.com (Roundcube requires to use ssl://). Also tried with tls://smtp.zoho.com Port: 465 // 587 Username: user@domain.com Password: mypass IMAP works. I can recieve emails, but the problem is I can't send.
Problem sending emails
Hi, I use roundcube to manage my email account instead of zoho panel. Server: ssl://smtp.zoho.com (roundcube requries ssl:// for SSL connections) Port: 465 Username: user@domain.com Password: mypass Also tried with TLS and nothing works. I use the same proccess to connect to imap server and it works because I can recieve emails.
I can´t receive emails - One of the accounts disapeared!

List of unauthorized IPs

Emails still missing from server outage - and can't check tickets.
Did I miss something? Did Microsoft buy zoho? It sure feels like it.... Folders are syncing again but I'm still missing messages from 10/2 through 10/12 in Outlook. I submitted a ticket but when I go to view the request, my zoho log in fails. When I click reset password, the email never arrives.
Can't receive emails
I have a problem, i cant receive messages to my zoho mail, and i have already change my dns mx configuration, my domain is wolfacademy.co, the problem is when i want to recieve email from gmail or outlook but when i send an email from another zoho account, the message arrives without problems
Problems with attaching file
I am attaching file that does not exceed file size, but whenever I try to attach it in these few days, it hangs on "attaching the file..." and nothing loads. My email is info@stuvvz.com

Spam block not working
The spam filters have generally worked reasonably well however the last few weeks weeks there have been specific pieces of spam that always made it through. Black listing the email address is pointless since the email address is never the same and domain blacklisting doesn't seem to allow me to block using TLDs. Unable to open email folders
I've been unable to open my folders for email for 3 days now. All I get when trying to open a folder is a "Loading" message and nothing ever opens. The only folders I can access anything in, are empty folders. Application specific password lasts for 24 hrs
I've just set up two-factor authentication for my Zoho-mail. I have an iPad and an iPhone and do NOT want to use the Zoho-client on either. The built in clients rely on POP and SMTP. So I set up application specific passwords for both devices. It works OK for 24 hrs, but after that period I can no longer log in to Zoho-mail from these devices and am forced to generate two new app-specific pws. Annoying – you bet. Unable to fetch mail from Outlook365 Account
Unable to fetch mail from Office365 Account Hi, there -- I followed the instructions here about adding pop accounts. I edited the details correctly. I have no difficulty retrieving my Gmail messages or retrieving my Zoho Mail via Gmail. But I'm not getting anywhere with outlook at Office365, despite having read and re-read instructions on both ends. Since I couldn't retrieve messages, I set Office365 to forward copies to my Zoho account, but no joy there either. Does anybody know how to fix this?
Missing Emails
Hi, When I opened my Zoho mails today, I discovered the emails in Inbox dated 29 August 2014 up to today are missing. I have checked the Deleted mails, the emails are not there. I haven't archived any email, but just to be sure, I have checked my Archive folder as well, the missing emails are not there too. Can Zoho please help? I am afraid that I may have clicked on Select All and deleted the emails. Is there any way to recover them? Mandy

How do I connect zoho crm contacts with zoho mail contacts? Now, I have to leave zoho mail, go find contact in zoho crm, copy the email address, then paste it into the email address field to send a message. Or, I have to enter in contacts manually. Thanks! Dennis

MAIL Verify Domain and Pointing MX to Zoho in blue host
I'm having lots of trouble with what I thought would be so simple. Yesterday my domain was verified in my Zoho email and I was just trying to point my MX records of my domain to get my email working... But on looking in my DNS settings - it doesnt show up under CNAME or at all in there. Whats happened as it all supposedly verified just fine according to my email account, but is no longer there to point any MX record to. Thanks
Whitelist email keeps being moved back to blacklist email
Hi there, I cannot seem to keep 1 email address in the Whitelist Email list. I have added the Domain into the Whitelist, then added the particular email address to the whitelist from the blacklist. However the email address keeps being moved back into the blacklist, no matter how any times i whitelist it.I get the appropriate notification from the system saying "blacklist email updated successfully" Whitelisted Domain - groupy.co.nz Whitelisted Email - mailer@groupy.co.nz - this is the email

Font Size
Any chance I am enlarge the default font size? Some of my colleagues have weak visibility and they wish to have the font 50-100% bigger. I look around the help file and couldn't get a clue. Besides the help file mentioned a "Theme" link which one can change template colors. But I also couldn't find the Theme link. I just download and installed the VO yesterday.
