Adding a new email account
Greetings. My wife and I have previously shared an email account with our internet service provider, but they are discontinuing email service so I signed up for a free zoho account, and I’m trying to set up a separate one for her now. When I originally set up my account, it asked for my previous email address for verification. This seemed odd. Why would they need my previous email address in order for me to set a new one up? And what if I didn’t have a previous email address? Anyway, I proceeded
Domain without administrator and me without email account
I do own two domains, very close in name: MEETMAIL.COM and EMEETMAIL.COM The difference is just the "E" at the beginning. Recently I moved out from Office 365 my EMEETMAIL.COM domain and register in ZOHO. I've cancelled my account in Office365 (So no mail inbox there where to receive emails!) The mail account I wanted to use was ajorquera@emeetmail.com, but that address was linked to my other domain already in zoho. I deleted the account for the other domain and I lost my access to zoho completly
No email come to my account

Hi, if i use outlook to send and email will i find that email in the sent folder on the webmail platform? Is there a possibility to create an admin user that can access (read, write, delete) to any email? Thank you

Can't make domain key work?
Hi there, I have followed the instructions to enable a domain key for my mail but every time it just says "DomainKeys are not enabled, as the text record validation has failed. Please try again." Please can you tell me what I am doing wrong? I have read the instructions again and again and read everyone elses posts but it just won't work. And that means that every email I send to a gmail account ends up in their spam folder. Please help. My domain name is with onlydomains.com Celeste.
Birth Date located in Zoho Mail Contacts Section
I am being forced to put a birth year if I want to add a birth date to her Contact in Zoho Mail. I do not know nor would I care to ask my contacts for this information. I don't see a way to leave the year as blank. Is there a way for us to modify the birth date to reflect Month and Date only?

CNAME verification
Hello, I've got 2 domain names. I already verified one (using HTML verification). I also changed these MX records to the servers of Zoho. This didn't work so I had to change the MX records back to my old server. I wanted to verify the second one by TXT or CNAME record. Both didn't work: I tried both methods and waited for at least one day. According to the tool "http://viewdns.info/dnsrecord", the record is set and can be found. Is there anything I could be doing wrong?

New email address not entirely updated
I've changed my email address through the account settings from benwilke@strongearthfarm.com to ben@strongearthfarm.com. I received the confirmation email of the change and returned the confirmation promptly. The account settings in Zoho show that the changes have been made. However, messages are still being sent and received through benwilke@strongearthfarm.com. Does it take longer than an hour for this change to be entirely processed? Push email stopped working
Emails aren't pushed anymore. This is a real drag. I'm using the zoho mail app on an iphone 4. This is the second time in a relatively short period this happens, I'm hoping for a more permanent solution this time. Thank you in advance for your time and effort.

Hello, i cant send E-Mails today, because there is an limit exceedet, the question is, why you dont put it on your Pricelist ?! 10 is not a good Limit, we just use it private but test it for our Company too. Is there a way to exceed the Limit of 10 Mails per day (Outgoing). Regards, Sascha

cant reset gmail password
Hi. I have changed my email password on my Gmail account but I cannot reset that account password in my Zoho account. The save button just wont do anything. See attached image. I have successfully done this with other email accounts from other providers within my Zoho account. How do i add multiple email addresses to one domain?
HI All, Firstly, aplogiies if this is a silly question but I am new to Zoho. I have brought my own domain and have setup a mail account with Zoho with the general email address mail@myname.co.uk. I was hoping to create two more email addresses from my domain i.e. junk@myname.co.uk and work@myname.co.uk and have a seperate mailbox for each address. So i would have three seperate mailboxes for: mail@myname.co.uk work@myname.co.uk junk@myname.co.uk But all within my one user login. Is this possible?

Unable to unblock imap - URGENT

Upon clicking reply on a ticket, I get told to configure a Mailing Server. Clicking Save to submit my information results in getting an alert. Error in mail account creation. <SYNC stopped working with Windows 8 Mail
We have recently experienced and issue where one of our users who was using msyc.zoho.com regularly now fails to authenticate. We have tried removing the account on their device, resetting their password and also connecting from another device. None of these have resolved the issue. However if we connect from my admin account on the same equipment it works first time. I have turned various options off/on in their account with no effect.
