This service is confusing, i made a second user account wrong? Part question, part suggestion.
Question at the bottom! ------------------------------- my business partner is technically illiterate. She needed an email address so I thought I would use this service for any members of my business and myself. Its a new business so we dont have a domain yet. I am not ready. I just need email for me and her right now. I created my account with the account info for the busiiness, and I thought I could create up to 5 email addresses within this account. Apparently this is only if you register a domain?
Android app mail display name
Hi, I recently migrated my mail over to zoho and thus far everything seems to be excellent! However I have one little annoyance that is bugging me to no end. The android mail app is fantastic except I can't seem to figure out where to change my display name, is it even possible? Under outlook and webmail my display name is my full name but when sending emails out from my phone my display name is my zoho username. I've looked everywhere and can't seem to find the option to change this. Any help?

Outgoing email subjects are being unsent because "with the subject of (Your signs) matches a profile the Internet community may consider spam. Hi looking at starting with the free version for the family. I know google calender sync is switched off, but will mail allow a family group to share a mail and secure calender together? Is this calender secure and not monitored and 'snooped' upon like google calender which I would not use? My understanding is that the mails are not scanned and read and although not quite hushmail standards are pretty good. Thanks

I just received a spam email from "UPS". I didn't have any UPS delivery due. I looked at the original and saw it had been addressed to a section of zoho addresses. Settings for Sent and Deleted Mail
It appears that by default only 10 days of sent and/or deleted mail is saved and accessible. Can this be changed?
Migration before changing MX records?
Does anyone know if I can migrate my mail before changing my MX records? Also does the migration process delete the mail items from my old provider or just copy them? I want to make sure the migration is 100% before cutting over. Thanks.

Authentication failed pop account samsung s3
Hello, Okay. I have repeatedly try to set up my email on my new galaxy s3. I had no problems with my s2 receiving and sending. My settings are correct. I have checked them a dozen times. Username (correct) password (correct) POP3server (pop.zoho.com) Security type (SSL) Port (995) I hit done and it checks incoming server settings and just says "authentication failed" and nothing else. Hi, I am trying my email accounts (free plan) but it is not working. It sends the email but can not receive. At the control panel appears this message "The MX Records of your domain are not pointed to Zoho. You may not receive emails in Zoho.". Email missing on exchange client
Hi, I'm trying out zoho at the moment and I'm having a little problem with exchange/activesync. I received some emails from amazon which were immediately sent to the spam folder (I've now changed my spam settings). When I marked them as not spam in Zoho Mail they were moved back into my inbox, however they are not getting synced to my mobile device which is using exchange. All other changes to my inbox are reflected on my phone apart from these emails. Does anyone know why and how to rectify it?

Hostway is not on your list when I go to verify. So I try the other methods and the instructions do not mesh with what I find at hostway. For example, there's no option to add TXT records and I can't find anything that looks like "Name / Host / Alias / TXT". I lost my email through my prior host and need to get it back up. Please help. Is forwarding always this slow?
I've recently signed up for zoho mail to test if it will work for us. I have an account were the email is redirected. I sent multiple emails while testing the redirect, it took so long I thought I'd not set it up properly. But eventually one arrived 40 minutes after it was sent! All the others have not yet arrived. So what is your experience with this? Is this just a bad day? Or is it always like this?

Instagram reset paswword email
I am trying to reset my Instagram password and thus have had an email sent to me from Instagram,and I have yet to receive anything in my inbox or spam folder.
POP mail downloading all folders
When I POP to my Zoho account, all emails in all folders, including sent items are downloading. (not deleted or spam folders). I talked with a service tech and he confirmed that only the inbox should be downloading. I'm seeing this same issue with Outlook on my PC and my smart phone. I've confirmed that the settings are set to POP, not IMAP. IMAP is working correctly. I've been using POP for over 15 years with several email systems and I've never seen this problem. Delay in forwarding mail
I am aware there is a 5-6 minute delay with the auto-forwarding feature with ZoHo. For me, this is too slow. Is there an alternative way to auto-forward to my Gmail account that is quicker or is there an upgrade feature that allows me to have a faster response? Many thanks

Custom URL not working for me
I am a paid user with Zoho and trying to use mail with custom url, however it is not working for me. The custom url I want to use is mail.domain.com. I have added both, my main domain as well as mail.domain.com in zoho control panel. Both are verified and mail hosting enabled on it. Added CNAME record at my DNS provider for mail.domain.com pointing to business.zoho.com. Now when i visit http://mail.domain.com it works fine. Getting inbox mail unmarked as spam forwarded
My email goes through zohomail from my domain and then is forwarded to my front line email account @ gmail. All is fine and dandy until an email that I wanted gets marked as spam in zohomail. Sure I can login to zohomail and unmark the email so it goes back in the inbox, if I have read it I can mark it as unread. Trouble is it never gets forwarded which is a real pain. Outlook not accepting my zoho password
I have followed all the instructions from "Steps to Configure Zoho Mail account as IMAP in Outlook" However, when I get to the part where I have to "test account settings" a pop up box appears asking me to enter my username and password for the zoho server - I am entering the correct details but the box continues to pop up and wont allow me to go any further Please help!!!
