Zoho Mail/Zoho CRM
How do I get email messages sent or received in Zoho Mail to show up in the Emails section of a Contact or Lead page? I send an email to a Lead through Zoho Mail and it never shows up in that Lead's page in Zoho CRM. Same for mail received from Leads and Contacts. Thanks.
unable to connect imap.zoho.com intermittent issue
Since this morning my outlook shows an error that it is unable to connect to imap.zoho.com for fitsupply.com however it is working fine for discountonlinefitness.com which is on the same Outlook. I have no idea how to trouble shoot since the issue seems to be with zoho servers rather than our network. Do you have any suggestions?

Forwarding and inbox
I have set up forwarding from zoho to gmail. Forwarding works but it does not leave a copy in zoho inbox as set up. Anyone can help wizh this issue?
Unable to receive emails
I verified my domain by adding a subdomain and after I did this I was able to receive emails. But the subdomain was deleted and since then I haven't been able to receive emails. I have changed the MX records on 1and1 but nothing has seemed to change. I don't have the unique code to verify my domain with anymore
Crowded "From" field
So how do I get rid of aliases in the "From" field that I never use? Apart from the primary email my email account has approximately 20 aliases, but I only send email from 4-5 of those while others are only used to receive email. When I go to Settings -> Personalize -> Send mail as - I can see the list of addresses and edit them, but I cannot delete them. Is it at all possible? I remember that I actually managed to do so a year ago or so. Thanks. BTW, your Zoho Mail app for iPhone is great!

Manage Multiple Corporate Accounts
Hello, We are a group of 3 different businesses with corporate free accounts, we registered each account with each company email: xxx@domain1.com, xxx@domain2.com, xxx@domain3.com Is there any easy way to manage these 3 different emails from one place? Maybe if we add the same user to all 3, that user will be able to manage them all from one account? Is it required since they are 3 different domains to join some paid membership? Thanks

Cannot receive email from Gmail
Hi, I just setup my mail account, domain is scan.web.id. Unfortunately when I test to send email from my gmail to my domain account, the email is bounced back with the following error: Technical details of permanent failure: DNS Error: DNS server returned answer with no data Interestingly, I'm able to send/receive email from any other account such as outlook.com, icloud.com, etc, so I think it only happen with Gmail. Strangely this dns error is only occurred when I try to send it from my mail client

Why is email limit not resetting after midnight?
Supposedly my limit of 250 emails per day is supposed to reset after midnight. Last sent email about 5:30 PM the previous day and now at 6 AM the following day the limit has not been reset. Anybody else experiencing this issue?
Gmail is blocking login from ZOHO import
I was migrating my gmail to zoho and using the imap import tool, it always says user name /password fails and on google side, they say they blocked such log in. I am in New Zealand if it helps (as zoho may use a different IP than my normal gmail login)
Outgoing mail blocked!
Hi, I did a small mailshot last night via pop using my zoho account. I was sending to around 120 people who are members of a club. I've hit the maximum limit for unlocking my account within 24 hours. I have 10 more mails to send to finish the mailshot, I can't contact support as my mail is blocked. Can anyone help? Thanks

I went to settings to change my profile but I have been informed that when someone receives an email from me it still appears with the misspelled last name even if it´s correct in my profile. The amount of Spam making it through to my ZOHO inboxes has gone up dramatically in recent weeks. We are flagging all Spam so your filters can use them to improve its blocking capability. Has something changed in recent weeks that would cause the amount of Spam getting through to increase? Thank you.

Hello I have moved the emails for bebegiminlistesi.com and I have arranged the DNS records. I can see that the DNS changes are reflected by checking it at http://mxtoolbox.com. On the other hand, I see the error "The MX Records of your domain are not pointed to Zoho. You may not receive emails in Zoho. ". I can receive some emails but some of them still go to previous mail host. I also cannot send email to this domain using Zoho. What can be the reason? Is it still about DNS delay?
Cannot verify own admin account.
Hi, I am trying to log in to my admin email account which is <adminname>@lynxeed.com. But once I am logged in, I am supposed to send a verification email to the same account that I cannot log in to. Logging in with the personal email that I registered with which is <somename>@g*ail.com redirects me to the same page. Can anyone help out with this?

mail server error: no posibility to receive mails after disabling TFA
Hi, I activated the TFA to see how it work. When I realized that it will complicate the login for my users I switch it off. Now, after disabling TFA, we are not able to receive any email on our desktop client (Outlook). We cannot receive any email at all. I do not receive any email also in zoho account/web application. Setting custom return-path on emails
Hi, I'd like to specify a custom return-path on outgoing emails, so that bounces go to a different address where I can examine them programatically. The emails I send, however, never seem to have a return-path header. This means that all the bounces come back to the replies mailbox, which is not what I want to accomplish. Is it possible to change the return-path, and if so, how can I do this? Thank you!
Sender keeps appearing as Junk Mail
I have one email sender (it's my bank) where their notification emails continuously appear in the Junk Mail folder. I have repeatedly marked the mail as Not Spam as well as adding the email address to my contacts list. The email address they send from is the same each time so I'm at a loss as to why their mail keeps going to my junk folder. Is there anything else I can do to ensure the emails reach my inbox or is this a legitimate bug? Or is this a problem with the sender's mail server?
Zoho Mail has become VERY SLOW to load Emails over Past Week
Over the course of the past week, (since about March 26, 2012) Zoho Mail (which I use under any of 4 major browsers on a Windows 7 PC) has become very slow. Are some servers down in India, or is Zoho throttling free email usage? Has anyone else noticed this effect? I constantly get "Loading... please wait" when I click to load an email, and often I wait for 5 minutes and the message goes away, but the email doesn't load. This didn't happen previously, and yet I haven't changed my computer configuration
