Meeting invite sent using incorrect email address
Hi, I tried searching for a similar issue in the forums and could not find it. So apologies in advance if this was already answered. I have set up all my Zoho applications including Zoho Mail using email address sunilred@gmail.com I have also set up a domain name (reddinsight.com) that have asked Zoho Mail to use - the main email being sunilreddy@reddinsight.com. However, when I send an invite using Calendar, it uses sunilred@gmail.com rather than sunilreddy@reddinsight.com as the sender. Therefore
Problem with Migration Wizard
I'm trying to migrate a couple of .pst files having migrated from my old mail provider to zoho. I found a link to the migration wizard from around 3 months ago on one of the posts here and I've tried to use it, but it comes up with the message "Microsoft .Net Framework is Not Registered" when I select the pst option from the application. MX Record error message
Hi, I signed up with Zoho on 19th and I've added the MX records as it said on the Instructions to add MX records - Name.com but I'm still getting the following error message on top of the page of the control panel: The MX Records of your domain are not pointed to Zoho. I pointed MX record from my web hosting to Zoho mail. And saved them correctly. M able to send the message, but not receiving the message. So can anybody help what's the issue and how to fix it.
Importing mail list from ixact
regarding zoho mail, my mail account will not import my contacts. they came from ixact.com and are now in a csv file. i have imported them as a report in zoho, however cannot transfer them into mail. the mail account says it has reported the problem (not being able to import the csv file). however nothing has been fixed for days. -Niki

Hi, I've just got this error while an automatic script implemented by me was trying to send a test email to a new registered user of my website. I would like to know the limits of outgoing mails for free users and limits for paid ones, because I need one mail with a high limit of mail sending (maybe 10.000 per day) because I'm doing an intensive marketing campaign to get new users in my platform. Could you please unblock my mail account so that I can continue sending mails? What is the new limit?

Hi! I've created a new account on zoho with my brand moov. My e-mail username julia@moov... is ok, but when I try to add the new user id moov@moov it sais that It already exists. I've tried to send an e-mail to moov@moov and it returned. So this e-mail doesn't exist at all. Somebody knows what I'm doing wrong? Thank you!

I seem to be in a loop here. I am superadministrator of ZOHO Mail account (on-demand or free version) with a non-administrator user who has forgotten her password. I do not see a reset capability for a superadministrator to reset a user mail password. However, if the user attempts to log in and use the "forgot password" option, she gets a message to contact her administrator--me. We are both stymied. The forum suggests the user should have a forgot password option, but that seems to not be working

Can't create new user, always adds to 'invite' list
Whenever I try to create a particular user the system creates an invite for an existing user. All other user names appear in the users list but this particular one won't. I have checked all my existing users and their aliases and the address isn't already being used (as noted in a previous question) Any help appreciated Thanks

It is affiliated with my CRM. I made a spelling mistake when I was setting it up. Now I am trying to change it and it seems the only option to delete the account (including CRM, calendar, docs) and reset it. Is there any other way?
Google Apps Email integration slow
I receive an email on my i-phone Gmail app, then in GMAIL in my browser. I have to refresh ZOHOMAIL for up to 2 minutes before I get the email there. Even 30 seconds of hitting the refresh button is a very long time when you are collaborating on a phone conversation and exchanging documents via email THIS is why I have not migrated my email service to YOUR SERVERS. I just use the mail add-on because I am suspect of the speed. Is there anything happening to speed up this service?

Emails not being forwarded
We've set up our account (a few weeks back), MX records are all correct. However Emails are not being forwarded (to an external domain) as set up - we are not getting the emails at the forwarding address. Have we missed something?
Selective migration from Outlook.com
I have multiple folders in Outlook e.g. inbasket, archive, sent. Is it possible to filter these folders when I migrate them so that I can easily move all archive emails from Outlook.com to the Zoho archive folder, sent to the sent folder. If all the emails get dumped in my insbasket in Zoho, this sounds like a real mess
