I cant receive mail from hotmail but others mail servers
Please I need your help. I cannot receive mail's from hotmail senders (or hotmail domains), I dont have this problem with others mail domains. Thaks.

hi When i send my mails to anyone it goes to my recipient spam ONLY . I am surprised why so ? No one is receiving the communications . This is not thetre with Google apps - the friends of mine using it even in the free version . please rectify . I am badly effected . Regards

Catch-all address in Zoho
Hello I'm looking for this option in Zoho, in Google Apps for Business it's called Catch-all address. Every mail will be delivered. So i can send an Email to my personal account: name@dfdf.com and set the Catch-all address to the same: name@dfdf.com. Now every mail like info@dfdf.com or support@dfdf.com will be delivered to name@dfdf.com wihtout make a lot of Aliases. Hello I've been trying to add my new Zoho mailbox to the Mail app on Mac. I've updated my settings in Zoho to allow for IMAP access, but I can't get past the first screen in the tutorial to set up the mailbox. :(
MX Record
Hello, I just created an account about 24 hours ago with Zoho. Currently, I am receiving the following error message: The MX Records of your domain are not pointed to Zoho. You may not receive emails in Zoho. I cannot send/receive email from the email accounts within Zoho, but I can receive/send mail to third party accounts. I followed the directions thoroughly and went through everything correctly. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Hello ZOHO.com, these are my DNS. I was trying to delete whole account, editing CNAME, including duplications of CNAME, etc. for 5 hours... I think you will be more quick than me. Hello, I see a problem with forgot password window. I have an old zoho account and I use only related with my zoho email. For unknown problems my pass stopped to work and I decide to clean it up and change. I have my back up codes, my Google authenticator, and I also give Zoho my mobile phone. Zoho Mail Extremely slow
This is again an issue Now the slowness is downloading average download of a 1-2 MB file is 20 min or so Can someone please contact me and let me know what are the issues? Hi Guys, Our zoho channel has not received any emails for the last few hours. We know that emails are being sent out successfully, but we are not receiving any incoming emails. We had some issues with Zoho yesterday as well but nothing this bad. I've been experimenting with sending emails to my secondary email address, and I've found that they are being received when sent from a hotmail account, but emails from gmail to my secondary email address are not being received, as summarised below: to from primary secondary ---------------------------------------------------------- gmail: ok not ok hotmail: ok ok Any idea what's happening here? Problem with Hotmail
Hello, yesterday i sing in to use Zoho mail. After configure all i encountred an issue sending mails to hotmail. I dont know how to translate the error to english, but i think that advert a pishing email... I try deleting my domain, and account and reconfigure all again, but i continue reciving that alert on hotmail. That occurs with my three registered accounts in my domain. Hi, I wanted to add hello@duncandix.com to a different zoho account (duncan@thend.tv) as an add on domain. I deleted the account to then add it to my other domain. Mailbox Behavior using Mac Mail IMAP
Can someone please assist me on how to set up my mailbox behaviors in Mac Mail's settings for IMAP? I am getting 2 copies of Sent Messages (after sending a message), I have told sent folder within Zoho to "behave as sent mailbox", could that be why?? I just need these mailboxes straightened out, so I can feel confident using Zoho in Mac Mail, iphone and on the web when I'm away from home. I love the mail service!!

receiving email errors
My email tells me I am receiving a message which has so far taken 10 minutes to receive. This has been happening all day but then ends up with an error code......0x800ccc0b. I have restarted my computer and still nothing. The other error is 0x8004210e and tells me my mailbox is temporarily unavailable because another email message is being delivered to it or another mail application is accessing it. ERR mailbox locked.......help??

What happens to mail sent outoing limit exceeded?
Our organization recently had an account blocked due to sending beyond our daily quota. I was able to sign in an unblock the account. However, I am assuming that any further email will not be sent until the next day. Are any emails delivered to the SMTP server being queued or are they being dropped? It's fine if they are queued and will go out later; if they are being silently dropped then this will be a huge problem. Thank you.

IMAP Authentication in Apple Mail vs zoho webmail
I am logging in just fine with the webmail interface. However, I cannot get a mail client (apple) to work. I have tried retyping and recreating the account from scratch a few times. My credentials are rejected, yet webmail does not reject them. I have done this several times before with zoho and Apple mail. I have to be missing something basic, but after an hour here, I'm lost.

There's something wrong with the sign up page. The user attempting to create a new zoho email account is taken to a page where he cannot sign up for an account. Instead of being asked to create a username and password, the user is asked for an already existing email account and password. When this information is entered, it says "enter a valid email address. Zoho Mail using up host's server space
My organization's domain in hosted on Bluehost while we operate our mail on Zoho Mail. However, the mail is taking up too much server space for my host and is affecting the performance of our website. Is there a way to NOT store Zoho Mail on the host's server but keep it just on Zoho Mail's server?
