Help I am going nuts with this set up!!
I have set up a domain based email with ZOHO, however, no matter how I try or what configuration of MX I enter I still cannot receive emails into ZOHO. I can SEND email from ZOHO and they are received but I cannot capture anything inbound. I have tried every set up known to man and have even invented a few but still nothing. PLEASE help!

Group Email Undisclosed List
Is there a way to send a mail to a list of people without disclosing the email addresses to all the recipients? I set up a group entitled "Clients", and when I compose the email, the address field lists all the email addresses, rather than "Clients" or "undisclosed list", which is what I prefer. I'd rather not expose all the email addresses to everyone. Thanks for your help.
Referral bonus users

Character set problems
Using Zoho Business, the suite automatically selects spanish as my language, and there seems to be no way to change it. The problem is the character set. Accented characters appear as strange combinations of characters, and altering in Firefox the character encoding hasn't helped either. Is there a way to go back to native english? Thanks.
Raising mail policy limits
Hi, Today I needed to send a PDF document (form to apply for an apartment with supporting documents) and I was not able because of the mail policy. I found out I cannot set the limits to more than 20MB per mail including attachments. The pdf was 16MB (and with the roughly 30% increase in size because of mime encoding it was more than 20MB) Since I have mails to send from time to time that are above 20MB (but less than 100MB real size, so 130MB with mime encoding more or less) I wanted to ask if there's
not receiving emails
I'm able to send outgoing mail but I'm not receiving any incoming. I'm getting the message, "The MX Records of your domain are not pointed to Zoho. You may not receive emails in Zoho. " ', but I've called GoDaddy and everything seems to be fine. What could be the issue?

I set up a new zoho account recently which has been working fine until yesterday, when I couldn 't log into my account. I just keep getting a message telling me that there is no mail account. "No MailboxCurrently, there is no mail box available for your account. Click the button below to send a request to your administrator" I have done this, but it still tells me there is no mailbox. Emails stopped showing info in body on iphone
For some reason the emails stopped showing the body on Iphone email. They show fine on the computer but apple mail stopped showing the body content. It only shows our company logo. Why would that happen.
Help with email syncing between Android and Zoho Mail
I love zoho.mail because I can access my mail, Zoho CRM, and Zoho People from the same page. However, It's frustrating because If I read an email on my phone it doesn't show as read in Zoho mail. Likewise, if I flag an email for followup, it doesn't flag it in zoho. I'm using Google for my email. Anybody know how to fix this?

question about the display when an email is received from zoho
When someone receives an email from me it does not say from: blah@zoho.com it says from: "other email address." I noticed this when I compose a message it reads from: <otheremailaddress>blah@zoho.com. Is this because I do not have a domain or because it is the default for the free email address sign up? Is there a way to change it so it says from: blah@zoho.com when a recipient reads it? Thank you!

Stopped receiving email on Android devices
Earlier this week, I stopped receiving incoming emails on both my Android phone and tablet. The devices are telling me that the email app is not authenticating and instructs me to change my settings, which currently are as follows: Server: msync.zoho.com Port: 443 Server type: SSL/TLS (Accept all certificates) Client certificate: None I have not changed my password or username, so I am at a loss as to why I would have suddenly stopped receiving email on Android devices. Can I correct the @zoho.com address associated with my account?
I have changed employers and want to change the current email address-name associated to my zoho.com account. I have successfully changed my email address but when I go into other apps, it shows my account with my old email address associated with the Zoho account oldemail@zoho.com. Sending failed; Reason 451
I have been getting this error message for the last 2-3 weeks, only when sending to certain people. Now I get it all the time and can't send anything. This in conjunction with my email not working at all as I was told I am using a different smtp server. I have been using this smtp server for months, now a rep tells me to use Zoho smtp server for email. Is this a requirement now? What changed that all of a sudden I can't send email to the same people and can't use my own smtp server. PS - I attached

Adding subdomains for email to use a Custom URL
Hi, I have added my domain (www.example.com) and changed the MX records on the domain. The e-mail abc@example.com sending/receiving works perfectly. I am on the free plan to try out the service. I need for the e-mail to be accessible via a subdomain: email.example.com so I added a CNAME to the DNS records of my registrar. Zoho Mail - Not receiving all the emails
Hello Zoho Support, We synchronized our outlook account with Zoho. Some of the mails are not being received We noticed that this happens when 2 different mails have the same subject Could be the Anti-Spam feature be causing this? Super Admin account vanished
So this is how it went. Yesterday, I decided to use Zoho Mail to create corporate accounts for my company. Initially, when Zoho asked me for Super-Admin username, I put in mine "shikhar.gupta@twentyfirsttech.com". Following that, I received an internal order to hand-over the reins of Super Admin to someone else. Hence, when Zoho asked me a second time for Super Admin ID, I entered "timothy.lim@twentyfirsttech.com". I then went into the Settings menu and removed "shikhar.gupta@twentyfirsttech.com"

Minimum email address size
Are there any plans to change the 6 character minimum email prefix size? My business uses prefixes as small as 3 characters. I otherwise like what I see from Zoho, but this requirement means I can't use the service.
