Images on our Email Templates won't load anymore
Hello Zoho, We are a Holiday Agent so we have been using Email Templates with images (e.g Logo Header, footer, marketing images) when replying to our clients. The problem is, recently when we tried to insert template, the images won't load anymore. I also notice that this happened after some recent maintenance and updates. Regards, Ryan
XAMPP and SMTP settings
Hi guys, I'm trying to setup the email to work with a contact form in wordpress on XAMPP running on a server on my own pc... "Validation Error" in Webmail
Hi! When I click send in Zoho Webmail, I get the dreaded red error message which starts with "Reason:sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path validation failed..." and the mail is not sent. Sending from my desktop client through the Zoho SMTP server works fine. Thanks. David.

I Send But Nothing Comes Into Inbox
I just set up an email with a domain that I own. I can send from my Zoho email and the sender shows the correct address with my domain name. I just sent myself an email to my Hotmail. When I reply or try and send a new email to my new email it comes back as undeliverable. Why?
Incoimg mail disabled for 1 account
I disabled an account because I entered the wrong name as the email address. I tried disabling it to create a new one but it still counted as one of my 5 free emails so I re enabled it, but now it cannot receive incoming mail, says this is for paid users only, when the other 3 accounts can receive emails. Could you remove the email naileddown@goblinzez.com completely so I can create a new one with the correct email name?
Strange SPF verification on inbound mail
I am currently looking into an issue with a talktalk customer sending mail to another ISP As part of a test I got her to send a mail to my zoho account using my personal domain timothydutton.co.uk The header made for interesting reading. More than one account or email address?
Before discovering Zoho, I had my own domain and I used four different email accounts for four different purposes. That way, both the receiving and the sending of emails for each purpose were kept separate and none of the emails for one purpose would ever contain the addresses for any of the others. For example, there would be no chance of having finance-related emails intermix with game-related emails since they were not just aliases that shared the same login and password, but completely separate

Two questions
Hi, I have two questions. Both are probably easily solved. Firstly I can send emails, which are received, but I cannot receive them. Is that most likely a problem with my Zoho mail or with my hosting service. I use C-panel to manage my domain, in case that gives someone a hint as to how to solve this problem. Mail check from multiple devices
If this has been discussed before then I'm sorry but I can't find it. I've read somewhere on the interweb that checking the same account from multiple devices at roughly the same time can give errors. I have this problem. IMAP not synchronizing on clients
Hi, For the last several days, my IMAP clients are not properly synchronising with Zoho Mail. I can see new messages coming on the zoho mail web ui and I get them on iPad/iPhone but my inboxes on the desktop computers are not getting the messages. Happens on Mail for Mac OS X and sometimes it takes DAYS to get in sync again. Mail is not reporting any connectivity issues at all.

Mail dragging really really badly
Any idea when you guys are going to get the mail fixed? It's been dragging really really slow all morning and sometimes not even loading at all. IMAP support for external email
Is there any news on this front ? Search shows last news on this is over a year ago. Just to be clear. I am hoping to go totally mobile using Zoho Mail. I need to use my existing email accounts held by external providers, but these providers only appear to support IMAP protocol. Please let me know if this is possible or indeed I am not understanding the capabilities of Zoho. This is essential to me using Zoho Mail, otherwise, I'll have to look elsewhere.

Password change disabled Master Password dialog box in Firefox
I opened my Home Page (zohomail) today and got an announcement/suggestion to change my password due to the Heartbleed Bug. I changed the password but now it appears to have somehow disabled my Firefox master password dialog box, i.e. when a password is changed on any site this box will pop up asking for the Master Password so that the new site password can change. I reset passwords on two other sites today and the function works as it should elsewhere, the problem--somehow--seems only to occur here.

A couple questions about referrals and pricing.
Hi, I have 2 questions: 1. If I set up a lite (free) account, how does pricing work if I need more than 5 users? Do I keep the initial 5 free users and only pay for the 6th, etc.? 2. If I refer people and help them set up lite (free) accounts, what happens after the 3rd referral when my account is at the 20 user max? Will the 4th referred account still get their extra 5 users so they start out at 10 free users?

More email themes that reduce whitespace
I propose that Zoho add more email themes, specifically ones that reduce the amount of white space. For example, the sky/wood/plant themes cover more areas of unused white space than do the color themes (which only color the horizontal bars at top and bottom of page). Suggestion: A light color (the blue, or gray) covering the same areas of the page as the sky/wood/plant themes, would be most welcome.
How can I add a signature to my mails
Can I add a sort of signature in my mails, so that I don;t have to type it everytime I send out a mail? e.g. "Regards, Aditya" should automatically come at the end of my email when I send it.
Using SMTP with two-step authorisation?
Most of the time I use Thunderbird to access my emails from Zoho but since I allowed two-step authorisation I can't send any emails, with the error: Login to server smtp.zoho.com failed. How do we get past this? Also, I can't find out how to turn off two-step authorisation... is it somewhere really obvious that I've overlooked? Thanks
