How to have the subfolder trees opened up when there are new messages tucked hidden within them? Is there a configuration parameter for it? I have three to four levels of subfolders like X.Y.Z.Q. A filter delivers a message to Q. Other than through Unread mail there is no way to determine if there is a message awaiting in folder Q. Sorry if this is a daft question: I use Zoho for the email: scott@templarwargames.co.uk No matter what I change, whenever I send an email the 'From' field in the recipients email looks like: templarwargames Instead of Scott, or Templar Wargames. I've changed everything that looks like 'templarwargames' to Templar Wargames, but nothing seems to have changed. Any ideas what I need to change to stop this? Thanks in advance, S
Filters not picking up sub-folders when setting new rule/filter
I'm presently trialling the professional version and have just imported my emails from a couple mailboxes. I've set up a few subfolders under the inbox heading. When trying to set a filter from an email there is an option to select a folder, however it does not show any of the new subfolders I have created, only the pre-existing folders, e.g. inbox, drafts, etc. I have refreshed the browser and this makes no difference. If I try to create a new folder from this panel it just puts it as a first level

Large number of bounce back emails
I recently switched to zoho and setup email account for my domain. I have configured "domain keys" to prevent spoofing. I in spite of that I am get a large number email bounce backs (note that I did not send any of the original emails) The subject is usually "Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender" and the body contains " A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. Hi, How do I remove a label without clearing all labels for multiple messages? Let's say I have a group of messages that I want to mark with a label called "event responses". I can't use folders because the emails are already sorted into folders based on who the response is from (work friend, home friend, etc). As the emails come in, I can label them with no problem. Using Zoho app on Kindle Fire HDX 7 and most of the time there's no problem. Every once in a while though, including this afternoon, I get this message at the top of the screen: "Connection Problem" (Zoho). I'm getting this message when sending out from my program via SMTP. This used to work before (recently). I log in with the actual account login then use the From addess as one of the aliases configured for that account.
Please disable server "Sent Folder" when using SMTP.
Is there some way NOT to save sent messages in the web's "Sent folder" when I use POP/SMTP with thunderbird? This is the main reason I'm considering to stop using Zoho Mail at the moment.... Thanks.
