I always get this message when I tried to send an email. Can someone help me out?
Problem
I have asked the question before: What happens to Zoho? Every day lots of people who can no longer send their mail because of changes Zoho done. No help available but almost all will have to wait several days for a reply. I guess they need to be able to send mail so probably they go successively to other mail clients. Have competition with gmail become too difficult and Zoho is a sinking ship? For my own part, I just want to know if this is your future quality level or if it will be better? From
how do I start the process to set up my email domain for zoho to host?
I found the instructions on the 5 steps but I dont know where to start with domain hosting registration and confirmation so that I can email from Apple mail client but the emails come into my Zoho acct

Mt outgoing mails are blocked
Hi there, i can see that i am not alone in this problem. My outgoing mails are blocked and i can't use my mail account for few days. Exchange Active Sync "Connection Error" Message on Android
Hello. I an trying to setup email on my new Android phone via Exchange Active Sync, but I keep getting a "connection error" message. I can send and receive emails, but can not view received emails (calendar works fine). I had the same setup on my previous Android phone and it worked flawlessly. I am using IMAP right to view emails, but would prefer Activesync for push and calendar purposes. Any ideas?

Viewing options with labels
I know I can view email messages based on their label, but is there any way to view only messages that are not labeled? The idea of labels is new to me, but I like the concept. I'm trying to label msgs instead of creating folders and filing them away. But my inbox still seems cluttered. If I could view my inbox, but restrict that view only to items that are not labeled, that would help me better manage my email.

I have a Zoho Mail account with 5 free users. If one of those users exceeds the outgoing mail recipients count and it the account outgoing gets locked, does the account gets unlocked after a period of time? or do I have to send a request to unlock it ?

Transfering my domain to zoho
I own my domain, hosted by GoDaddy. Rather than go through all the manual DNS, TXT, CName modifications, which I'll probably screw up, is it possible to call GoDaddy's tech support and ask them to make the transfer and relevant changes since Zoho's has a relationship with them?

I can't access IMAP - Invalid credentials
I have been using Zoho IMAP with Alpine successfully. I haven't used it for some time, and when I tried back it says "invalid credentials". I have experienced the same issue on my Android phone too. I can't access my account from any IMAP client. Is there a problem with my account?

Outgoing email has been blocked
It appears I am not the only one with this problem. I have been able to unblock my email. (It's in the Control Panel section then go to Accounts). This option is only available to paid subscriptions. Your Helpdesk is indeed very slow. I received my response way too late. Clearly your system should warn a user rather than just blocking. If you have rules, implement them so they are user friendly and we can learn from mistakes. Blocking a user is a radical method and not customer oriented.
couldn't register domain name, stuck.
I was a bit ahead of myself and signed up for zoho mail before actually confirming I will be able to register the domain name. In the end I couldn't get it and now I'm stuck with the prompt to get it verified when infact I haven't got access to it. I have another domain available and would like to use it instead but need to sort out that first one first. Admins please help!

Dragging and dropping folders
When I attempt to put the folders in the order I want, it winds up making the one I've dragged a subfolder. So, first, I need to know how to reverse this, so a subfolder can once again become a folder. Two, I need to know how to avoid this problem so my folders are in the order I need them. Alphabetically doesn't work for me.

thunderbird failed to find settings for email account
i keep getting this message error trying to add my old zoho account after a recent re-install of xubuntu. it was working fine before, i am using the correct password and i have tried half a dozen 'solutions' found on the web. i am still exiled here. my gmail account loaded quite smoothly into TB so i have to assume this is a zoho problem... help?

Hi. I am writing on behalf of my wife's account, Marie.Mckee@zoho.com. A few days a go, she started getting the message saying her Outgoing mails were blocked. Email not being displayed in Inbox list, but available when I search
There is at least one email message which is not being shown in the inbox list of messages, but is being shown when I search for that email.
