contacts sync issue
i have a problem with syncing contacts on android 2.3.3 using in built system: I have only 128 contacts with name, email and phone info, but every time the phone tries to sync this happen: 1) the sync start 2) the sync takes hours and hours to "finish" (all the night, all the battery); 3) the sync ends with an error message like unable to sync or unable to contact exchange server; 4) in zoho mail contacts seems to be updated, but i'm not sure about this nor about bidirectional changes (new contacts

POP / IMAP Account Not Mapping Right
For some reason some mail do not map right. While e-mail in the inbox folder on the original account I found it in the spam folder at zoho portal. pop.gmail.com port 995.

I did some research and found that this is most likely due to the daily 300MB limit and that her account was probably hijacked. I had her immediately change her password to a stronger one. Email backup and Restore
I did a complete back up of my email. Received a link to 13 zip files Downloaded the files to my computer I have tried to open the zip folders without success. I dont need it now, but if I should need to resotre from this backup, how do I do it? Also, in Zoho Mail is there any limit on the number of times you can back up the email account?

Bug with send from address when replying to a message
Hi, I've set up the Zoho Mail add-on for Zoho CRM. I want the default send from address to be milt@fivestarforklifttraining.com. This works well when I click on 'compose' in the emails section. However, when I open a contact and click send new email, it shows milton_bc@zoho.com as the default. Is this a bug or am I missing a setting?
