Still no answer to my requst for Outlook 2007 email server settings
And the "older" link to go back and follow up on the original post does not work or is extremely slow. So, would someone please tell me what the incoming and outgoing server settings are for Outlook 2007 and if I use my entire e-mail address for the user name? I would really like to get this sorted out and working today. It has been two days since I posted this request.

Al of a sudden when I try to send any email from any of my ZOHO accounts, i'm getting back messages from different email recipients that its been blocked due to spam categorization. This is one message after sending it to my mac address. This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. I am seeing two copis of every outbound email in the Sent items
I am seeing 2 copies of every email I send through my SMTP client in the Sent items folder. For the two paid services, the "No. of external POP clients (Outlook, Thunderbird)" is set to unlimited. For the FREE service, "No. of external POP clients (Outlook, Thunderbird)" is set to 1. Hi, I'm able to send emails perfectly fine from the zoho website to my normal email. However, I'm signed up with 000webhost and their email system doesn't really work at all. The php mail function is one of the things which doesn't do anything, so is there any way I can get around this by directly connecting to the zoho mail and sending stuff?

Emails are not reaching end users
We've been using Zoho Support for a couple of months now and noticed that a lot of emails do not reach their destination. I've set up Zoho Support to send mail through our SMTP server, and by looking through its logs many of the emails do not even reach the server. It appears that they are not even sent from the Zoho Side. Hi there. I am helping a friend who has started a small business. She was looking for some email hosting options and I researched and recommended Zoho to her. I set my own domain up to see how it all worked before I made the final switch for her. Now that I have both our domains set up on your Lite plan, I am hoping that we can both get the email account bonus restrospectively applied as, in effect, I did refer her. Hi, I'm not sure if this is the correct way of doing things, but i signed up with admin@mywebsite.com and made contact@mywebsite.com as the email that people would click on, and I can't for the life of me figure out how to access anything else but the admin account :p Is there an easy way of doing this that I've missed?

Very slow SMTP connection
I have used my Zoho details in my Joomla configuration for SMTP emails. While this technically works, the user has to wait for around a minute after filling in the form in order to get the 'success' message. It seems like the connection is incredibly slow. I find that my Outlook send/receive is also very slow, often taking around the same time. Sometimes, mails will be delivered several hours after they were actually received. Is this something which you can fix/help me to fix?
New MacBook Air and Excessive IMAP use
I an not very computer literate, so please be patient. I just got a new MacBook Air and tried to set up the mail program on the computer. I copied my settings from my email account on my old MacBook Pro, and at first everything seemed fine, then I started getting hundreds of emails (and I am not exaggerating) in my new computer email. At one point there were over 10,000! There were a lot of repeats, because I do not have anywhere near that many emails in my Zoho account, and many I had trashed.
