Is IMAP Migration possible for free individual account users (not business/domain users) for Yahoo Mail?
Hi... I'm new here and opened an individual user account a few days ago--name@zoho.com. Is IMAP migration possible for individual users, as you User Guide seems to only address business/doman users for migration. POP would be a slow hassle for me. I've been with Yahoo Mail for many years and since their downgraded version of Yahoo Mail, thousands are leaving them and looking elsewhere. Dumb domain question.
Actually It's two questions: 1 - I have a domain: can I set up some accounts with this domain using zoho AND use some other accounts with another email hosting service? What should I do to make it work? 2 - Can I use a domain for emails in Zoho while hosting my website in a different host, like Go Daddy? What should I do in order to do this? Problems using Mac Mail under Mountain Lion
I'm having problems getting Mac Mail to work properly as my mail client. Incoming mail is fine but the problem seems to be with the outgoing smtp mail server. I have reset the port to 465 as instructed but to no avail. I have a feeling it has something to do with OSX 10.8 Mountain Lion which I've heard is very problematic with smtp servers. I had a similar problem with o2 as my server which was corrected by setting the port to 110 which I've also tried unsuccessfully. Any clues?

Can't send mail in Outlook 2011 Mac
Hi. I'm trying to migrate from Google Apps mail to Zoho. The migration worked and all emails arrived in my zoho inbox in Outlook 2011 Mac, but I can't send from Outlook. I can from Mac Mail but not Outlook. Can someone explain why as I don't want to use Mac Mail.
No imcoming mail
I have had a couple of people tell me that their emails to my address have bounced back with an error message. Can you check it for me? They are crucial emails that thankfully I have been able to have sent to an alternative address, but this isn't ideal if a client is trying to contact me for the first time and I am unaware. We have 4 Zoho Mail users. 2 were created before we had our domain name verified These were assigned a abc.zoho.com address 2 were created after we had our domain name verified These were assigned a abcd.ourdomain.com address We need to be able to forward mail from our current ISP until we decide if we want to use Zoho Mail full time The 2 accounts that had abc.zoho.com we could forward to from the current ISP. Problem with connecting to IMAP
Hi there, I've got 2 email accounts configured on my domain hosted at Zoho. Both were working fine yesterday, but then I enabled two-step authentication, and my email client (Mail.app 7 on OSX Mavericks) wasn't connecting. After trying to connect via Google authenticator, I decided I couldn't be bothered configuring email access for two accounts on three devices (Macbook, iPad and iPhone). However, I found that there was a problem in that mail.app kept saying the username and password were incorrect

MX Records Subdomain Priority Hostname .jds-constructionco.com Remove Add Record This is what it looks like. It doesn't have the option to just add a domain. Here is the error. DNS Zone could not be set for jds-constructionco.com. (Destination host must be set to a valid hostname, or IP address only for subdomain "mx.zohomail.com") It also will not accept a blank or @ in the hostname field.

Group member sending message to group email does not get message
1. I created my zoho account and have an admin user: moderator@externaldomain.com (This is an admin email address set up with an external domain with all MX records properly set, etc.) 2. I created a group named group@externaldomain.com 3. Set permissions to EVERYONE 4. I added 3 external email addresses as users. user1@yahoo.com user2@gmail.com user3@outlook.com When user1 sends in an email to the group email address, user2 and user3 (And the moderator) get the email
"Operation restricted due to excessive usage"
I've logged in this morning and I've got the above message. I'm pretty sure I wasn't using it excessively... Also, I have a "ghost" e-mail for a couple of days now. In the left panel, there's the notification of unread e-mail (Inbox or Unread) but when I want check it there's no new/unread e-mail appears in the right panel. The message was gone while I was righting this report... Anyway, the dangling e-mail is still there. Can you check it, please? It's a little bit confusing. Thanks in advance,

emails going into spam
I have emails that go into my spam folder occasionally and some times go into my inbox from the same sender. I go into the webmail spam folder and check off that the emails aren't spam by hitting the "Not Spam" button. However, a few days later if I get an email from that sender, I will notice it goes into the spam folder. Is there something I can do here? Is there a way to get the Zoho spam server turned off and I'll just deal with any potential spam locally using Apple Mail?
Server rejects sign in
I exceeded my sent mail usage a couple of days ago and since then Outlook tells me that the SMTP server is rejecting my sign in. I appreciate any help you can give, Denise

Hi. I am trying to setup Sparrow mail app (Mac) to use zoho SMTP. I use the free lite version of zoho mail suite. I am constantly having error connecting to smtp.zoho.com (from Indonesia), imap.zoho.com works well and I can receive email but I can't send email. Attached is the setting that I use, according to the settings page. I have double checked the password.

hi, there, i have a total of 1,391 opt-in e-mail newsletter subsribers that i want to communicate with. it has been a very long time since i sent out any e-mail news to my subscribers. i sent out a few e-mails today, but then my outgoing mail got blocked due to exceeding the bounce number (email.list[at]splashgearusa[dot]com). yes, it's true i will need to clean up my list and remove invalid e-mail addresses, but i still have over 1,100 subscribers that i need to send out my current newsletter.

I currently forward a number of emails (work, school, etc) to zoho. I then filter these emails into different folders based on the To/Cc address. SENT mail folder not Updated for the last 7 days
Hi, I'v been using Zoho mail in my iPhone without problems for the last 7 months, but suddenly, I have a synchro problem: When I send and email form zoho web (@belolafy.es), I cannot see it in my zoho sent mail folder in my iphone. Cannot Use Filters! Help please!
Hi, I just recently realized you could use filters two weeks ago (yes, yes, n00b, I know.) and immediately set up several. In the middle, my computer froze. I restarted, and then tried to access Filters again, only to find I couldn't.
