Hello, I was moving mail from one folder to another via IMAP, and my IMAP access is now blocked. I wasn't aware that there was a limit on the number of messages I can move via IMAP. When will my account become unblocked? Also, in the future, is it acceptable to move emails via the zoho mail web app (instead of IMAP) without worry of being blocked? Thank you, -Paul

Hello, i currently use the free LITE Version of Zoho Mail. When i send or receive e-mails, the SMPT server does not use transport encryption with the remote server. Can't receive mails from same domain
Hello, When I try to send a mail to someone with the same domain, the mail will not arrive. Mail receiving/sending to other domains does work. Any suggestions?
Incoming Max Limit Exceeded, but not really exceed.
I was just presented with an interesting situation where the attachment (PDF document) size was only 15.6MB ( or if we round up, 16MB) yet the email was not fetched due to exceeding the 20MB limit. I realize there are other parts of an email (headers, body text, etc) but I'm finding difficult to understand that the remainder of the email equaled 4MB. Please advise. Thanks for your assistance.
I keep getting a <maito> tag in me email signature that is NOT my email
My name is Ryan, and for some reason in quite a few cases, I will get a reply back from a client and in my email signature there is a completely different mailto tag in there which is not my email address. This is not only frustrating, but it's causing some confusion and problems with clients. Please advise as to how to fix this. Thanks

Send email from .NET Web Site
Hi, I'm writing this on behalf of my client, PocketStaff. We need to be able to send emails from their website www.pocketstaff.co.uk and we're using Microsoft System.net.Mail smtpclient. We've set it up to use smptp.zoho.com SSL and Port 465 the account in question to send emails from is support@pocketstaff.co.uk and I've allowed POP3 in the email settings on your website client but I can't seem to send a test email from the web site. I either get a time our or a server failed to respond message.

Hello, we use zoho.crm in combination with zoho.mail.. I write my mails with an external email client but it is passed through my connected account (zoho mail). When we sent mails from crm everything is fine, When I sent mails with my external client mails do not show up in the individual accounts as sent mails, What can we do? My email has been blocked from fetching back into Zoho because it was over the size limit. I cleaned it up yesterday and should be well below the limit, but cannot get the app to refresh and start pulling email in again. Thanks

ActiveSync Blocked?
I believe my ActiveSync access has been blocked. I'm been trying out several custom firmwares on my Android phone the past several days and have setup my account via ActiveSync every time. Now I am able to log in online and via Thunderbird, but not via my Android phone using ActiveSync. This is pretty critical, as zoho is my primary e-mail.
Fetch email
Why can't I get an answer to my question? I posted messages asking what is the problem with Zoho Mail. What is the problem with Zoho Mail fetching messages? It takes sometimes 10 minutes to receive a message? We cannot function like this... please advice if this has any solution for us. We need an answer.

Hi, My Outbox has been blocked because I believe that I exceeded the limit of emails for a day. Is it possible to get my outbox unblocked? or how long does it stay blocked for! I did not realise there was a limit of 250, so will make sure it doesn't happen again! Cheers Matt
Unable to connect to server
I have been using Zoho for e some time, I have two android devices both of which are syncronized by using msync.zoho.com. In the last two days I am getting frequent "Unable to connect to server" messages on both devices, one is a smartphone, the other is a tablet. Up till yesterday both devices have been working perfectly, and the setup on each of them is unchanged. I was able to remedy the Tablet issue by switching from msync.zoho.com to imap.zoho.com, but, until yesterday everything was working

using the contacts in email client
I've been using my email through hotmail, recently they made an update or a change to their system preventing emails being sync'd with outlook. since then i've switched to using zoho mail, calendar and contacts. Not sure if this was the best way forward, as now i cannot access or create calendar events/appointments etc. without using zoho through a web browser which in my opinion would be great when you don't have access to your ipad, work computer, laptop - you get the idea. so i synced my outlook

How to create email address redirects on Zoho?

For example, we might have a staff member who has requested that all their work email goes to their private Gmail. That person would not require any storage space here on Zoho. Cannot Send Email after Updating to iOS 7. Help!
Ever since I updated to iOS 7, I get an error when sending mail from my iphone. The error is: Cannot Send Mail - The Connection to the outgoing server "smpt.zoho.com" failed. Additional Outgoing Mail Servers can be configured in Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars I am able to receive mail, this worked fine before updating to the new iOS, and I have followed Zoho's directions for setting up email on iphone. Everything is set up correctly. Can anyone help with this?????

POP issue with apple mail in Mountain Lion
I set up my account using POP in apple mail on my desktop. Whenever I send a mail I get a copy in my sent folder as well as my inbox and not sure why. This doesn't happen when I use the imap setting. Any thoughts are appreciated.
Person in Contacts file, but not found if I try to email him
I can view the Contacts and see the person is present, but if I try to address an email he does not show up. If I use the widget at the left end of the To: field and click on the alpha 'D' he is not there either. Other 'Ds" are.

Blocked outgoing emails
Hello: I was not aware that there was a limit on the bounceback emails and unfortunately, yesterday, some of the addresses on our mail out were wrong and they all came back simultaneously. Hi: I was not aware of the bounced back (wrong address) email limit and unfortunately several of the addresses on our mailing list were wrong. In the future, we shall make sure not to exceed the bounce-back limit nor the outgoing amount which, I believe, is 100 per day. Presently., we have incoming.
