Adding another email issue
I use Mozilla Thunderbird for my emailing. My accounts are hosting at Zoho. Anyhow, when I signed up for zoho, i used my personal email. When I try to send an email from the lead screen, it will allow me to do so but it is from my personal. I clicked add another email, but when I put my business email in, it says the email already exists...thoughts?

I am trying to transition from Yahoo and have just started using Zoho. Today I get a message that says I cannot send emails. New Email Account Can Send But Not Receive Emails
I'm desperate to get my new business emails set up and have been nearly two months now in the process. I have set up my MX Records exactly as recommended by Zoho but I still can't receive emails and I get a notice in my Control Panel on Zoho that my MX Records don't point to Zoho. Problem with MX Record Setting
I'm desperately trying to get my emails set up with Zoho but I keep getting bounced between my host and Zoho, each one seems to refer me to the other to get it fixed. I've tried all the different MX settings including "@" and domainname.co.uk in the name section in my DNS Manager (it won't allow a "blank" setting. I can send emails from my Zoho account but cannot receive. Anyone any idea how I can get this fixed? I'm using it for a small business I am running so if I can't resolve it I'll be binning
Problem migrating email using IMAP
Hi, I'm trying to migrate email to zoho but am getting the message - unable to connect to server. I have logged a ticket to check I have the correct server details with this host but just want to check first - I haven't changed the MX records yet - do I need to do this before I migrate the email? Do I need to enable IMAP somewhere in settings? I have been following the help page on migration but it isn't clear in the section about adding an account to be migrated - specifically the following:

I'm trying to send some mail using smtp, but keep getting this error: 553 Relaying disallowed I tried the help to add the "send as" stuff, but there is already an entry there. How do I fix this?

Zoho account not receiving messages from yahoo account
Hello, I just signed up for a free personal ...@zoho.com mailbox. I sent test messages from my zoho account to my yahoo and hotmail accounts, and from my yahoo and hotmail accounts to my zoho account. My zoho mailbox never received the messages from my yahoo account. Since I sent those test messages, I've logged off and back on to my zoho account at least twice. The other three tests worked (zoho to hotmail, zoho to yahoo, and hotmail to zoho). What might be the trouble? Thanks, Dan PS Thank you

True SMTP synchronization and hosted exchange services
Does ZOHO Mail have a true SMTP sync like Outlook and iOS where if you read or delete on either device it replicates that change to the other device? It seems that I can send using SMTP but if I read or delete an email from my ZOHO SMTP email it does not delete and neither is it marked as read in Outlook, in other words I have to double handle my email, is this correct, or have I got something wrong here?
