Cant create mailbox
My company admin is trying to create a mailbox for my user account, however we keep getting the error that Can't create MailID. We've had a couple of goes creating our organisation account and it looks like we might have some legacy information left on one or more of your servers. We have created multiple user accounts all assigned to the same organisation as we have had different problems with each one. I verified by domain, enabled account for email, added myself as user and changed my MX records at my domain hosting yesterday. I sent a test message and it was delivered, but cannot receive emails in zoho mail. Any thoughts? I am a free user, but do not receive so many emails(250?) per day that my account would get banned. Mail to groups is not delivered
Dear Zoho Mail, We have mail groups, like noc@domain (that domain is in Zoho Business paid edition), that point to emails on other servers (for example, noc@domain points to noc@rt.domain). Everything was good until today. Users of Zoho Mail can not send to these groups, it's not being delivered, no errors, no mail returns. Inbox folder is not synchronized via IMAP in Outlook 2003 but all other folders work
I installed my Zoho account in Outlook 2003 (Windows 7 - 64bit) there are no failure/error messages while synchronization and also all folders are getting synchronized except the inbox! How to central manage various outside email accounts in Zoho?
We just created accout and we are testing various features. We currently use google app as email host and we do not want to change it. We see that we can still setup POP to get emails from our existing google mail, but how can we manage them in one central inbox/folder? We have 30 email addresses in google mail. It seems like we have to create POP for each one of them and switch between them. But we want to manage all emails from all email accounts in one central folder. Can we do that? We tried
Mail does't open in Preview mode
On the webmail interface, for my free personal email account, when I click on an email most of the time a New Tab will open and I can the see the email in the Tab. The problem is that I have selected Quickview as the setting for opening an email and not a New Tab. I don't want a New Tab to be opened. Hey, I have a Samsung Wave. And for IMAP Access i have a Zoho Account. My mail configuration is configured like the instruction @ the Zoho website. But, it does´nt work. Open email when clicking the sender name
currently, you have to click the "subject" in the email list to open a message. if you click the sender name, a new tab with messages from that sender is shown (filter). you will agree with me that the most common action is "OPEN EMAIL", not "Filter messages of this sender". Please make possible to open email by clicking the "subject" OR the "sender name". You can place the "Filter messages of this sender" feature in the context menu that you get when you right-click a message, or somewhere else.
unable to add domain to whitelist

deleting Documents folders
Seems like this should be simplicity, but I'm missing it... I can create a folder. I can nest folders. I can re-arrange the folders (in a somewhat clumsy way). What I can't seem to do is delete folders that I create. My work-around is to create a top-level folder called 2delete and to nest any unneeded folders in that folder. Not ideal, but it gets the job done. Am I missing something? If not - please add the ability to delete files that one creates to the road map. Thanks. - Bal
