Zoho Mail: Sent Items question
Hello, I have zoho mail connected to my Gmail. If I send an email via GMail (I use a Palm device to send emails sometimes) when I log into Zoho it shows up as a new email instead of going to the sent mail folder. Is there a real way around this? Also, I have filters/rules that assign labels and archives to my gmail, in google it looks fine, in Zoho they all show up in the inbox not tagged or sorted. Is this by design? It seems to me that this is not the case if IMAP is used? Thank you, Fred
mail is received with big delays (30 mins)
Hello One of the biggest and obvious issues with Zoho Mail is that new mail is always received with important delays. From my tests Zoho receives new mail about 30 mins after it was sent. If I subscribe to a new mailing list using Gmail, I receive the confirmation e-mail in about 2sec. If I subscribe using Zoho Mail, the confirmation e-mail would invariably arrive ~30min late. Tasks Are Missing!
Hello, All my tasks went missing! The last set of tasks I have showing are from 02/16/2011. Could anyone advise on how to retrive my tasks? i used pop.juno.com on port 110 as noted on juno site. i can send email through juno from zoho. Why can't i import email from the juno account?
Mail formatting task bar missing
The formatting bar (B, I, U, abc, X2, X2 A, Bullets, Numbering, hyperlink etc etc has vanished. I'm unable to make any changes to the format of an e-mail. Where did it go? I recently installed AdBlock Plus and thought perhaps it was messing with the JavaScripting so I disabled it, then uninstalled it completely but I still don't have the formatting bar. System is Win7, Home Premium which is stable in itself but Firefox 3.6.14 (my preferred browser) and IE8 both have issues under the Win7 OS. Same

formatting problem in Opera for composing mail
Hello, since the recent update the tab/edit bar in the compose window (and tab) has corrupted so that these no longer run on the same line. This then leads to further corruption in the compose window itself with text now justified to the start of the edit bar. This does not happen in FF. Resizing the window or dragging around the tab has no effect. Sadly, this makes mail pretty much unusable under Opera... Peter

Email on HTC Desire using IMAP - blank messages
Hi I can now get my emails on the HTC using IMAP but I only get the header , no data or content? this worked originally but just seems to have stopped, the only change I made was following your advice to download all mails. Consolidate accounts in one Inbox
Do you have plans to let us have multiple accounts in one Inbox? It would be much better than using the dropdown that is currently in place.
Address book is only part of my contact list
Only a portion (roughly half) of my contacts show up in my address book when I compose an email. I cannot find any difference between the contacts that show up and the contacts that do not show up. All of them have email addresses. All of them have the same owner (me). Is there a command or tool to force an update of the address book?

ZOHO emails do not refresh
If I log into my ZOHO mail from work using IE8 all of my emails come through and reresh based on my settings. If I log on from home using IE8 I do not get any new emails even if I refresh Is there some setting in IE8 that is preventing the emails to show up?
Mail application won't load properly
Hi, I have a problem! Mail application won't load for me. Ii started recently and couldn't read my mail ever since. I looks like a bunch of navigation links/headers placed randomly with no formatting - as if the page didn't load fully I use Firefox 3.6.13. I tried deleting cookies - same. Please help.
Missing Pop accounts

Moving massages between folders of my other accounts

deleted email is not really deleted
Hi, I retrieved mail from my account using POP and a mail client and it retrieved email that I had deleted before and that I can't see in the zoho mail web interface. It is a privacy issue if zoho doesn't delete my email when I hit the "DELETE" button. This is not about zoho making backups (that I understand it is necessary).. this is about you marking somehow my mails as "invisible" when I want them to be DELETED (just like the annoying outlook does). Accessing an added Domain profile in zoho mail.
Hi, I added and configured a domain in my zoho account. Now how do I access that email for that domain in zoho (I have setup the domain with a user) Do I have to go and configure a pop account and download it seperately I don't want to have to logout of my zoho account and then re-login to zoho again for the domain email, why can't it just import automatically?

Blank lines added on new emails
Hi, there are 3 lines in blank being inserted on new plain text email messages and 1 line in blank for rich text email. Those lines are added when you open the "compose window". Would you please fix this? Thank you.

can you create a report to show time entry info in zoho support? Calendars for 2 email accounts, is this possible?
I have setup my Zoho account and have a second account (verizon ISP). I only see one calendar for the Zoho, is it possible to add a second calendar for the Verizon account or do the 2 accounts share one calendar. I have the free version and am VERY happy so far, it is as fast as my former local installation of outlook. thansk, Josea I figured it out, please do not reply to this unless you want to know what i did. IMAP Limitations?
Hi I am in the progress of migrating my old Outlook emails into ZOHO. I have set up an IMAP account within Outlook for ZOHO. To migrate my emails, I am draging folders from my Outlook PST file account into my IMAP ZOHO account. This method has worked ok, but one thing I have noticed is that it doesn't seem possible to sync back to ZOHO emails larger than around 7MB. Is is possible however, to receive emails greater than 10MB in my IMAP ZOHO account in Outlook. Can someone please advise me why there

Web To Form update
Hi I have designed a Web Form and I want to update existing Contacts or Leads database and I seem to have 2 options: 1. Update to Lead Approval, then add to Databse, then search for Duplicates, Set the parameters and Update - this option is labour intensive and slow. 2. Update the Database without the Lead Approvel option but this will create a record for EACH returned Form. This option is not attractive either because it will create a mess in the database with many Duplicates with differents bits
Compose Mail bug on Opera
I'm using the latest version of Opera and there seems to be a bug on the compose mail area of Zoho Mail. I attached a picture which I hope proves to be better than any description, but I'll describe it anyway. Instead of the normal appearance of the Compose Mail page (I've seen it on IE) , there is a white column under Attach|ZohoDocs|Google Docs. I cannot type in this area, and I can only compose my e-mail under the [B][I][U] buttons. If I attach something, the interface changes back to normal

New user - just set up a domain name and email address, but can't find how to get to the new account
As it says above, really! I have to say I am finding zoho a very difficult facility to operate. But having said that, I just wna tto be able to send and receive email using my new domain name.
