Authentication Failure in Zoho Mail
Hi, For some reason I've started receiving this message in zoho mail 'Authentication Failure: Kindly change the Mail settings and re-enable auto fetch' I've tripled checked the server settings but don't see anything wrong. I can still send email from zoho mail but not receive it. I'm using a hosted exchange account for the mailserver -it worked fine until a few days ago! Thanks
POP authentication failure
Since earlier today we are no longer able to retrieve our POP e-mail from 2 accounts. We get the following error: Authentication Failure: Kindly change the Mail settings and re-enable auto fetchWe have checked our settings and re-entered them several times and also confirmed that the POP server is working. Other e-mail clients do not have a problem retrieving mail. Also, when accessing ZoHo from my laptop, I get a newly updated e-mail interface. My desktop still has the old interface. I have tried

Zoho should remove the "On Behalf Of" too.

Why would an unwanted file download begin on its own?
The other night when I was opening one of my zoho docs just to edit it in the cloud, something called "blank" began trying to download into my MacBook, which asked me if I wanted to continue the download. I had done nothing out of the ordinary. I though it was a mistake and tried other docs. The same thing happened several times. Tonight I seem to be able to edit without this happening. Have there been any recent viruses detected on zoho? Before I download any of my docs I want to know I'm safe.

How to add new users to Assigned To under Tasks

I am trying out Zoho mail. So far, it seems fine. The mail program looks to be very complete and has features that, while common, appear to work well. I had a problem with GMX mail where it was incredibly slow, would not allow me to delete messages unless I first moved them to a different folder, and would not do an automatic forward to a different address. When I click on the category All and click on all between <all pending completed cancelled> not every task is shown. And happens that the numbers that indicate how many tasks are in the page are wrong.

Catch all address for incorrectly addressed emails sent to hosted domain
Is there a "catch-all" functionality for hosted email? Most email hosters allow you to specify an address that will receive all emails sent to the domain but to accounts that don't exist. Can this be done in Zoho mail?

I've been having messages to my Zoho email account autoforwarded to a couple of other addresses for some time now. Import email fails
Hi there, the attached .eml is part of a zip email export from a zoho account. I now want to import these zips into another zoho account. At the end of the importing process, the message "import successfully completed" appears, but the folder into which the emails are supposed to be imported is still empty. I ahave contact with 5 emails (including zoho:) ) I cannot change primary address from zoho to another. I have contact with 5 email addresses, now zoho email is its primary, i opened to edit a contact and want to change primary address by clicking proper 'star' naxt to the email address and then click on 'save' button. Where is the desktop app?
I've been testing Zoho for the last week and a half, and was a huge fan of the desktop app. Today I subscribe the members of my organization to Zoho Business, and suddenly the desktop app has not only disappeared from my own account, but I can't add it in the accounts of my users. New accounts default to only Discussion app?
Today I subscribed all the members of my organization to Zoho Business. However, when I sign in under my users' names, the only App that is there is Discussion. I have to manually add each app for each user. Is there any way to make it so that the default setting is to have most of the apps already there when individual users sign in? Also, I can't find the desktop app anywhere.

Zoho Business Contact Categories
There is no way to sort Zoho Business contact categories - They show up in the same order as they were entered. If you have over 10 categories, a very common situation, it makes this very important feature very awkward and inconvenient. I have reported this many times and have yet to see any fix or response - could this be so difficult to correct?
