Date problem with IMAP on Palm Pre
I've just setup IMAP access to my email account on my Palm Pre and in Outlook 2010. Access via Outlook is working properly, but all my mail on the Pre arrives with a date of 12/31/69. I'm assuming the Pre is having a problem negotiating the header and therefore not picking up the date. Has anyone else had the same problem?
Loads of false positive in spams !
I've got loads of false positive in my spam folder. Even when clicking on "this is not spam", they're always tagged as spam and finish in the spam folder. This is a huge problem. Can you help ?
Disable Access to Certain Apps
Hello We're beginning to use Zoho for People and Recruit, and I'd like to expand that to the other services (Meeting, Share, CRM, etc). However we're already using other services such as Basecamp, Freshbooks etc. and we cant have users in multiple invoice and PM systems. Is there a way I can disable access from our organizational users to Invoice, Projects etc. until we're ready to roll them out?

Hello, It appears Zoho does not support Hong Kong Dollar (HKD) as part of the multiple currency feature. Is there any plan to add it as a supported currency?

Hi all, if I change my hoster (that hosts my E-Mails), do I loose all mails that are already in my zoho mail account? What can I do not to loose them? Are the mails that are in zoho mail on the zoho server or only online? cheers martin
Zoho Mail Error: Reason:Connection reset.
I have recently configured an email address hosted by MS Office Live as Pop3 in Z Mail. The Pop3 settings are the same as for Hotmail, except that the OUT port can (I believe) be either 25 or 587, and the email address is for my domain rather than hotmail.com. It works intermittently, but occasionally stops. For example today I got the error message on sending "Reason:Connection reset. Your Mail has been placed in outbox for retrying". I then changed the OUT port from 587 to 25 and it went OK.
Adjustable Column Widths
It would be nice if I were able to adjust the width of the columns. Especially the FROM column.

Cannot open email configuration tab
In Zoho Mail on the email page I am being asked to check/reset the email settings. When I click on the email settings tab nothing happens - I tried several times.. All other configuration tabs work just fine. How do I resolve this problem? UPDATE: After being down for 27 hours the email tab is at last working again and I was able to reset my account. Any ideas on why this happened?
Folders not refreshed without reloading the page
Hi, I moved some emails to a new folder ("archives/2010", created via IMAP, via Thunderbird). This folder was not available via the web interface until I logged out and logged in again. Clicking "refresh" over the folders view, seemed to reload only the messages and didn't show the new folder either.
Emails removed in IMAP still available
Hi, I've got a number of emails on the zoho account (hosted mail domain). I connected via IMAP (using Thunderbird) and removed some of the messages, then emptied the trash folder. I cannot see those messages anymore via IMAP, but they're still available in the Zoho Mail web interface.

I connect my outgoing mail to another mail server which requires authentication. As far as I know there have not been changes to that mail server. But now, as of this morning, I get the following when trying to relay mail through that sever. It has been working fine until today.

Hosted Email - Not Receiving Messages From Gmail?
I've set up my hosted email and for some reason, anytime I send myself an email from my Gmail account, I never receive the email nor do I get a bounce back. But I'm able to receive email from anywhere else that I've tried thus far including Yahoo Mail and other personal email addresses. What am I missing and why is Gmail getting singled out? Thanks
0 new messages if account is colapsed
I have 6 differents mail accounts defined in my zoho web client. All messages are filtered and if message is moved to folder on arrive (doesnt stay in inbox) then i have no info (in folder tree, next to the colapsed account name) about number of unread messages, it shows still 0. When i click to expand that account to check it out, then i can see folder tree and unread messages. I noticed thet sometimes even expanded account is not refreshed, because when i once checked other account and click back

A "What's New" or "Labs" link
I'd like to be able to click a link, somewhere next to the topmost Zoho nav area which says "What's New." And clicking it takes us to a rolling description of What's New at Zoho. Tunnel links?
Back in the 1990s there was a DOS program called IZE. Loved that program, but it didn't survive... Anyway - they had a really unique form of hypertext: I call them tunnel links. A tunnel link is one that goes both ways at the time of set up. Is it possible to share a document with 150 people?
I am responsible for the scheduling of 35+ sites and need to share the schedule with about 150 people. Zoho seemed like it would be perfect because managers that wanted to make changes could and everyone would be able to see those changes, saving me time and energy. When I tried to share the schedule, a pop up box said I could not share it with more than 20 people. I am VERY NEW to Zoho, is there another way to share this document that I am not aware of? When I want to create a link in Notebook or Document and click the Hyperlink tool, the dialog is populated with http://. This is fine if I'm going to be typing the URL, but generally speaking, I'm doing a copy and paste from the destination page to the dialog. This forces me to go through the extra step of selecting the pre-populated text before I can perform a paste operation. Not a big deal, but doing it over and over again, it gets a little bit old.
