Integrating Zoho with Website/Business Apps
My question is a simple one. What level service - Free edition, Premium, Enterprise - Zoho products to properly sync with your business. I tried tne Outlook Plugin it damaged my computer. I tried to use the Web-to-Lead Forms now I do not know where my data is going. The form works on the website but when you hit send, the email do not show up in any of my inboxes. Any suggestions? I LOVE how you made Document formatting customizable through CSS. Bravo. PLEASE! Make this the same for all text elements EVERYWHERE in Zoho, e.g., in Notebook text pages, in the Notes module, etc. I don't like having to chose where I want to write something based on the capability of the text editor I find there. Problem with mail removing POP3 messages regardless of setting
The mail application is removing messages from my POP3 server regardless of the option I set in ZOHO. This problem just started over the past week or so. I recently notice that I was missing email messages on my PC but was finding the missing messages in ZOHO. Upon closer inspection if I do not check for messages with my PC that over a period of time I will not receive any messages on the PC. When I check the POP3 server the messages are gone but they are setting in ZOHO. I have tried all of the
Domain hosting?
I understand you can host mails from my domain; but can you also host the website? You free service is 1GB per user up to 10 users. We use this and more so unless you can host the website as well, I'm not sure I want to pay for mail hosting with Zoho whilst I still have to pay the website hosting with my current host. Am i making sense? Can you please advise?

Is there a limit for the number of emails or megabyte sent per day? I'm using Zoho for personal use only, but I want to make sure, I can also send bigger attachments from time to time. Outbox not sending emails
Two of us at same company mysteriously wondered why responses weren't coming from emails. Discovered the Outbox hadn't sent email for about 3 weeks (both of us) starting at about the same day. Message: Authentication Failure: Kindly change the Mail settings and re-enable auto fetch. Finally found some setting was set to disable, and reset it to 'enable' but old emails didn't send; seems to be working OK now. Any thoughts out there?

When I try to attach from Zoho Docs, I am only given the folders that include the documents I have created, not the Shared Documents folder. mail hosting problem
Hi zoho friends, I signed up for free mail hosting for my domain that I bought from godaddy. Initially I had problem with validating my domain but thanks to zoho support and help content, I could able to validate my domain and make MX changes as well. POP3 download of emails sent to additional address
I have added another email address to my Zoho account but have noticed that emails sent to this address do not download to Windows Live Mail. I have Zoho POP3 enabled and I have configured WLM accurately i.e. can send and receive emails with my xxxxx@zoho.com address. Is this normal or have I missed something? Zoho still not 100% stable
Is it me or does anyone else feel like Zoho is almost their to be complete and stable but not there yet. i feel like a there's too many bugs that pop up and i spend more time trying to fix it then use Zoho itself.... i like the features and layout way better than any other company.. i tried hyperoffice, google apps, 5pm, central desktop, etc.... zoho has the most features, but the other companies i feel like have more stability.. is this just a phase or should i be expecting this longterm... thanks
Mail Merge Issues
Basically, at very random intervals when we merge documents from Zoho to MS Office sometimes all the characters from one sentence will cram together and is un-editable. We have about 25 people who uses Zoho on a frequent basis, any ideas?

I learnt that Zoho is allowing small biz users to create 3 email IDs for free. My domain name is www.younomy.com, and I have made all the MX related changes at my Total DNS zone. adding an email as a "Lead" or "Contact" to CRM
There is already a feature to add a contact from zoho mail (in business). There needs to be an efficient way to add an incoming email address as a Lead or a Contact into CRM. You should be able to choose whether to add it as a lead or a contact. Empty Filter Name is saved
Whilst creating filters if I type <script> Zoho warms me in a very 'friendly' way. However when I type <html> it accepts happily. Whilst re-editing it it shows that too. However in the filter listing, it shows them without the name. Can you fix it? Unable to receive emails from my POP3 account

problem opening up jpeg's that are attached in e-mails
My Mom often sens photos as attachments in e-mails. I can unzip them all at the same time when I download them, but they seem to loose their jpeg extension. I have to open them one by one using paint (and I have to one, by one, say that I want paint to be the program to open them up). Is there a setting I need to change or something I am doing wrong? I am still a little new to zoho, but when I used Outlook, the files would just open. Please advise!

Customized Signature for alternate email address
I have multiple email address with Zoho and I have created a customized signature for both. When I want to send an email from my default account the signature appears fine. However, when I change the "From" field to my alternate email address the signature remains the same (the signature for the default email address). How do I get the customized signature for my alternate account to show up on my composed email?
Reuse email after deleting accounts
Hi, I am the administrator of the domain and in the past, I have had various issues creating and verifying a domain for my Zoho Business account. I think that I have solved the issue, but now I would like to delete all of the accounts associated with that domain (other than my own). When i am replying for emails I usually write within a citation to answer exact phrase/sentence. Now i cannot get into citation to have not citation indicator in html mode, even more: i cannot write under citation without citation indicators! Is Zoho intentionally blocking SMTP access from Gmail?
I've had no trouble accessing my Zoho account by POP3 from my Gmail account. However, although I've checked the settings carefully to be sure they're correct, and Gmail appears to support these settings, repeated attempts to set up SMTP access to my Zoho account from Gmail leads to the error message: "Couldn't reach server. Please double-check the server and port number." So, is Zoho intentionally blocking SMTP access from Gmail? If so, may I ask why?

Hello, I have a couple of errors that I'm not sure exactly what they mean, or what I need to do to resolve them: 4.7.1 : Client host rejected: Greylisted for 5 minutes 4.7.1 : Recipient address rejected: Greylisted for 5 minutes Is there a reason why the emails might be rejected? Additionally, I had an issue with recipients of an email saying they were receiving the email multiple times.
