Emailing documents directly to folders in Zoho Docs
Here's what I'm trying to do with Zoho Docs and Zoho Mail. I have created a Bill Payment Tracker Form - http://smallbizonline360.wiki.zoho.com/Bill-Payment-Tracker.html and would like to have scanned documents (see attachments) sent directly to an incoming folder in Zoho Docs. Alternatively, I would like to just email the scanned documents only directly into various folders in Z Docs. Is any of this possible now? SmallBiz Online 360° http://smallbizonline360.wiki.zoho.com/
Problem personal zoho dashboard
I reported these issues before to Zoho via "contact" but had no replies so far. I have problems using the dashboard. I can't drag and drop some of the gadgets anymore. It is also not possible to remove a RSS feed out of the dashboard. I keep getting the following message: "Done, with errors on page" I can not enter "my events" directly via the dashboard, because when I trie to do this it won't appear as marked event. To solve this I have to enter my events via the "Calendar" app. at the left
Invalid User when setting up mail account
Hello, I am in the process of testing ZOHO for out small business. I would like to setup all the accounts and permissions so we can have a trial period to see if its suitable for us. i have verified our domain name, however when i click on Mail Accounts under Users i get a Invalid User Error. i have enabled mail forwarding however i would like to wait until the test period is over until i forward the mail via out MX record. I created the accounts before mail forwarding was enabled, is this the cause

Hello- I recently purchased a domain name from Zoho. I have a series of (small) problems. 1) I can go to business.zoho.com (https:// before you ask) and it actually shows my email etc. 2) I can go to https://writer.<my_domain_name>.com and that works well (for sheet etc as well) by automatically redirecting to https://writer.zoho.com etc. 3) However both https://business.<my_domain_name>.com and http://business.<my_domain_name>.com do not point (redirect) properly to https://business.zoho.com ...

On my home PC I have Outlook Express which read and backs up all my various email accounts - leaving a copy on the servers. Desktop keeps on Loading
The desktop application icons don't show as well as the desktop (boxes on right), and just keeps on loading. I thought it's just a glitch and might fix itself but this is the second day now with the problem. Is this unique to me or do others experience the same problem? Confusing organization groups
I've set up organization groups in the control panel of Zoho business. But when I'm "working" in the Zoho business apps overview, on the bottom left there's a button "Groups" which leads to another kind of groups. They're obviously not associated or synchronized at all. Cannot reply to a specific email message
I've recently opened a Zoho mailbox. So far I've received 3 mails. With 2 of them I had no problems, but to one of them I cannot reply. When I click reply, the blue "loading" message appears for 0.1s to 0.5s, then it disappears and nothing else happens. I'm using FF 3.0.10, but it also happens on my IE 6... What should I do? Hey there, My customer's log into a wordpress CMS that I set up for them. I'd love to include several Zoho apps as addons to their service, accessable via iframe from within the wordpress CMS console. I would however like them not to have to authenticate to zoho once they've already authenticated to wordpress. I've been a long time user of Gmail and carefully watched Zoho products evolve. I've tried once or twice to make the switch from Gmail to Zoho, but there's always been one or two small things preventing me from doing so. Can't send emails to criaglist addresses!
Every single time I try and send an email to an anonymous craigslist address, this gets bumped back to me: Client host rejected: Blocked_due_to_excessive_spam_complaints. This is unacceptable considering I am applying for jobs and I can't send my resume. Is there a fix for this? Thanks!

Can't receive email
Good Morning, There appears to be a problem with my ability to receive emails. My last email received was 6:36pm last night and when I realized that, I tested and the test message was never received. New messeges begin from the middle of the screen

Hello zoho team, I've read recently in the forum that you can point a cname sub domain to business.zoho.com, so I did it with office.<our domain>. Yesterday every thing is fine today I get this error: Domain not available You do not belong to this domain.Please check your portal URL again. Note: Our domain is already added & verified. Hi, We recently acquire a new domain that we want to be our default domain. I mean we setup business (and all Zoho services) with www.olddomain.com; now we want to access trought www.newdomain.com. I added, validated and set as primary domain www.newdomain.com I created MX records and activate mail service for www.newdomain.com I added new mail aliases for all users name@newdomain.com. and set as default mail account Now, for any user we can see the @newdomain.com account (Inbox, Trash, ...).

Background: I am trying to abandon Google Mail (because I think Google already knows/could know enough about me). Back there, I can move between messages using the "j" and "k" keys. In Zoho I can use Up and Down arrow keys. I Gmail I can use x to mark the current message. There seems to be no shortcut for doing this in Zoho Mail, is there?
