Script broken in IE7
http://wms1.zoho.com/wms.html breaks on our pcs in our lan environment. firefox works fine but IE7 is our default browser. script debugging shows this last line to be the break point (line 161). Cannot add a signature to emails
I have set up multiple email accounts in Zoho and want to have separate signatures for them. I copied and pasted a signature into the signature box and when I tried to save, I got the following error message "Your content contains script tags.Please remove them." I deleted the text, cleared the entire box and manually typed in text. I still got the same error message "Your content contains script tags.Please remove them." and still cannot add signatures to my email accounts. Can anyone help?
Requesting feature : ability to share email account of other business users
I want to be able to view the email of other employees in my organisation by setting their email as shared. This way if they are on vacation or dealing with a serious issue for my organisation I can check on their business email account that belongs to my organisation. No privacy issue here as their company email is for company business only. I currently use a tool called uvc which is also hosted on the web and it can do this among other good sharing capabilities. Will zoho permit this in the future

how is best to share zoho sheets (in business among team?
We are supremely confused by the integration logic of the zoho business, docs and sheets. Our 'use case' is simply that we would like different team members to be able to upload spreadsheets to a single place (zoho business?), so that we each have the same view to the most recent files. As if they were on a server, I guess. But it seems as if maybe you need to one-off share each document specifically. Is there any reference that clarifies the sharing logic when you want the team to collaborate over
Desktop Reminders
The reminders on my desktop never go away. I've tried clicking both Cancel and OK, but they don't go away. If it's a calendar event, I can delete the event and the reminder goes away, but that ruins my history. Task reminders don't go away even if I delete the task or check it as completed. Disabling e-mail notification for shared documents
Hello, I need to give our team access to documents via html links in a spreadsheet. Because of the volume of articles in the spreadsheet, I don't team members to receive an e-mail from me everytime I enable the share (read/write) function on a document - I just want them to be able to access the article when they click on the link. chat text window does not appear in ie7
Logged into zoho for business using IE7, the chat window does not appear when clicking on a user to chat with. IE scripting error , related? zoho mail account not working - not receiving email
I was testing sending email to my zoho.com email address, but none have arrived. I looked under settings >> common settings >> mail account, and the status button is not green, but gray. There are not incoming and outgoing servers. How do I fix this? thanks

Groups
I set up a new group in ZoHo Business and then went to the contact tab, added 3 contacts and went up to the "invite to group" link and sent an invite. I got the message "Contacts invited to the group successfully" message but no one received the invites. I sent multiple invites to a different computer in the office and it never came through. I can send regular emails but not invites. Any ideas?
Cannot load Planner from Zoho Personal

Documents in ZoHo Business
I started a group in zoho business and under the group where you select the DOCS tab at the top...there are no links to upload a document. I cannot figure out how to upload shared documents anywhere. Ideas?
Email is Not being delivered Consitently.
For some reason, creating and sending a new email is not a problem. I can't reply to forward to certain emails. It looks like all is well, but I never see the email in my send box and it never gets delivered and I never get an error. I tried with FF and IE7, same issue, Tried on multiple computers as well as multiple accounts. I verified my domain and I'm not having zoho host my email.

Storage Limit Exceeded - how to remove files?
I'm a bit confused about document storage with Zoho CRM. Our Free account has 100MB of storage. When I check Setup >> Data Analytics >> Storage Usage, it says we have 100MB storage, 1.94MB Used and 98.6MB Free. These are the totals for 2 users, one who has 'used' 1.94MB and the other 0.00MB. I know we have used much more space than this, so there is obviously some anomaly in the Data Storage reporting. Custom login not working
When I use the custom login page http://<mydomain>.business.zoho.com I can login fine, but then I'm redirected to a link that returns a 404 error. If I then remove the <mydomain> part of the url and refresh, I have access zoho business. Did I forget to do something to make this work correctly? -- Bill
