wondering if I should start my small biz on zoho mail under my beta account or wait for zoho biz ?
Apache Tomcat/5.0.28 Error !!!!
When I tried to open my Zoho Mail suite an Apache Tomcat/5.0.29 error displays. Here is what I retrieve: HTTP Status 404 - / type Status report message / description The requested resource (/) is not available. Duplicate entries when importing calendar
I maintain my calendar on my desktop, using Korganiser (part of Kmail), and import it into Zoho Mail to synchronise them. I actually can't import the calendar directly from my desktop, even though it is in ical format. I have to import it into my Google calendar, then export the Google private ical calendar, then import that file into Zoho. However, when I import it, all the entries are added to the Zoho calendar, so any existing entry is duplicated. Is there anyway of preventing that so that I don't

Can't Import Contacts from Outlook
I am trying to import contacts from Outlook (CSV file), but can't get it to work. After selecting the file, I get a field mapping screen. I set the mapping but their is no "Continue", "Save", "Import", etc. button to click so I just hit my "Enter" key. Something seemed to happend, but nothing ever got imported. Help. Tagging + Archiving
Is it possible to tag an email in the inbox and then store it the archive folder without the tag(s) being stripped? IN Gmail I can simply tag an email and then archive it, but that doesn't seem to work for Zoho Mail, as the tag gets stripped. Any ideas?
zoho and outlook
Is there any sync utility to transfer zoho tasks/appointments/contacts to outlook and vice versa? If not, are there any plans to implement one? We find many clients are still entrenched in using outlook and dont want to change to a browser-based system. So some kind of sync between the two would be great!
Logged in user not on buddies list
After your latest server upgrade the user logged in does not appear in the buddies list. Therefor can not change the state to unavailable etc. /Birger

Problem With Invites in Calendar
When I go back into an event to add an invite, after I complete adding the eMail address of the external invite, the display returns to the Day view, but with the event missing. Only after I refresh the display does the event redisplay, but with the new invite missing. The description indicates there are "Other attendees," and lists the eMail address I earlier placed in the invite list. But if I look at the invite list itself, the invite is gone. Additionally, the invitation is not sent to the eMail
Documents Cannot Be SAVED
Under DOCUMENTS, I cannot SAVE a 'document' type (not FOLDER or HTML) document. I selected NEW 'Document', added several paragraphs of information, and then chose the 'Save' option in the top left-hand corner. Sometime I receive the message "Problem saving document', and other time I do not. In either case, it does not SAVE the document (or if it does I cannot see it). This makes this option somewhat useless. I can upload a document from my PC, and then modify it successfully within the 'Documents'

Server hacked... /bin/store/content removed :(
My server has recently been hacked and they have removed my content directory containing all my documents... If i go to my documents in VO i get an error that the folder has been moved and i can't create any directories or upload any documents... My question: - How can i restore my directory index so that i can use the file management utility within VO? - If the thing above is not possible, then how can i extract all my e-mail and appointments so that i can add it to a new VO installation?

adding members/users to Groups
Hi, I want to create group to collaborate with someone. First of all; Whats the difference between members/Users/guests. Next; I try to add and/or locate using an email address but it says they don't exist. I would've thought that's why I'm 'inviting' them. How do I go about adding someone who does not yet have a zoho account? IS there anemail sent that will propmt them to sign up etc and join the group or do I have to manually invite them to create an account? thx Brad.
Task Error
Recorded a number of tasks in Zoho Mail this morning and added some new categories. It was working great and then I got an "Error: Sorry we are unable to process your request. Please try again later" message. The other parts of Mail are working great. Is this just a temporary problem? Thanks

CAN NOT EMAIL DOCUMENTS OUT OF DOCUMENTS SECTION
I have tried twice. I click the email icon to the right of the document name, type in email addresses, file name, subject line, message body text. I hit send and I get the little popup that says the message was sent. However, in every case, talking to the recipients later revealed that no email message was sent.

importing from CSV
I am trying to import my contacts from a CSV file and everything seems to go correctly but after I map the fields and hit the save button it appears to import but no contacts import. Please help!

Error when sending email from ZOHO VO
The following error message appears when sending email from VO Reason:Software caused connection abort: connect. Your mail has been placed in outbox for retrying The following is the system landscape : WIN 2003 Server ZOHO VO WAMP 5.0 Server (Virtual server based on Apache, mySql and pHp) MS IIS --> SMTP server and FTP Server. The smtp server is set up without authentication. However, the send action still results in the error message pasted above. Any relevant pointers will be greatly appreciated.
on premise VO
chaps I know you guys have been busy with the hosted version of VO, but what about the on premise version?? At the start you listened to the the users and developed the program to make it an amazing piece of software for companies that wanted to host the system themselves. Ive been with you almost from the start and im getting concerned that the on premise version is dead :-( Please tell me this is not so, and if not when are you going to start developing it again. Zoho Show not working with Windows Vista
We have Windows Vista Ultimate and have been having problems accessing show using either IE7 or FireFox 2. I have updated my Adobe Flash Player and Java, to no avail. We are also having issues with Zoho Mail locking up under Windows Vista. If we do anything under Windows 2000/XP, using IE7, it works fine.
