While there is no problem with non-Western languages in Zoho CRM, Campaigns does not let you create templates and notification emails in Arabic. There simply is no option to set the text direction Right-To-Left. I have asked our supplier, but heard nothing. Also submitted a service request, but again.. heard nothing. Since 8.15 am yesterday. Three machines all running Thunderbird. Three different ISP's. Emails in inbox are no longer downloading (sporadically they do then stop again). We all noticed the IMAP failure last week (see previous threads) We all discussed it on this community site and yet no-one from Zoho support seemed to notice. All of their "status" pages showed nothing wrong (I guess they are fixed to show green/working?)
