inputting emails from certain senders to separate folders
Is it possible to arrange Zoho Mail to put email from certain email addresses into a special folder and equally emails containing certain words in the Subject Box in to certain folders in my Zoho Mail Inbox ?
Outlook IMAP: when i delete emails it is permanently gone. no recycle bin
when we delete emails in outlook, it is permanently deleted!! it does not go to trash nor recycle bin. this is a problem, one of our staff just accidentally deleted her emails in her inbox. all of it. since outlook deletes everything permanently, we do not know where to find her deleted emails. please help. can you restore her emails back? when can we get her old emails and how can i get her old emails back? how can we fix the delete (should go to recylce bin or trash first) issue to avoid
How to get Zohomail to be the default?
I'm using WLM as my mail client and that is fine but would prefer having people respond to my zohomai account. I cannot see how to get WLM to say "From" --------@zoho.com So is there a way to have Zoho set up as my default when ever I reply on a site?? Thanks. Brad Bylsma.

Problems with incoming mail - Zoho business mail
Hi, using Zoho business on with info@muvipromo.it (domain verified), I can only send but not receive emails. On the settings panel, both incoming and outgoing emails seem to be active. I have changed the MX settings with my current provider, setting the IP to 72.5.230.114 (as found this thread: https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/problems-with-zoho-mail-6-12-2009). Can I recieve emails using SMTP from a non-SSL IP camera? My gmail acount can't but GMX mail can. I'm looking for an alternative to GMX mail becuase its not reliable. Thanks.

Hello, I have my zoho mail account all setup properly using my pc. I am having GREAT difficulty setting this also up on my Iphones & my android phones. When I follow all the setup instructions for these phones, it sets up just fine, BUT it sends my mail as ***@zoho.com, not from my domain name address. PLEASE HELP! I need to send from my domain name address across all my devices & have it all synced to zoho when accessing it from any device. PLEASE HELP! Thank you.

Hi, I have set up a new account and have two domain names hoseted with mail suite and have successfully set those up to send and recieve. Now i am trying to configure a gmail account and another account. I have the ingoing and outgoing settings as well as the login and passwords for the servers. I have even gotten as far as being able to send email from the gmail account and the other pop account but am still unable to recieve messages. Any help would greatly be appreciated! I am pretty sure
Mass archive or delete emails
Is there a way to mass archive or delete emails? Selecting the page of 50 emails to delete or archive makes deleting thousands to be very tedious. Is there a way of selecting more than the page of 50 emails to delete or archive at once? Thanks, Cheryl

account validation
Hi i just created a new account and validated the domain. in the process of creating the email addresses, i must have changed the email address which the email verification link goes to and im not able to log into the account or change the email address to my gmail account so the verification can be sent to it. when i go to the account validation and try to get another email sent out, it sends it to the created @domain account and im not able to access this. is there any other way i can get the email

IP Address is not included in headers
When trying to analysis Zoho e-mail Header from my sent folder; e-mail Header Analysis returns the following: "We could not find and not detect sender IP Address from email header. The source IP Address is not included in headers and there is nothing we can do. Sometime Gmail header does not include sender IP Address." Any idea why or how to correct this?
Creating a hard bounce for old email account?
Hello, I've had some employees leave and I have deleted their email accounts. Because I have set up a catch-all, I'm now getting all of their emails. Is there a way that I can set up a hard bounce on these addresses to notify that the account no longer exists, or at least an auto response? I've looked through the Help, but can't find anything. What Font is Used in eMail Replies
What font (typeface, size and style) is used when a Reply to an eMail is being written? It's important to know. As it is now, the system picks fonts randomly. The author needs to re-format with respect to font after the random fonts are put in the document. This means that the author can not practically format text while editing, because the random fonts selected by the system while typing will all have to be overwritten anyway, removing the previously author-selected fonts.
Missing Emails???
I am really confused. I have set up my Zoho mail to pull messages direct from my email server and all seemed to be working well. Then I looked into my gmail account which I have also synced to my email mail server and there were three or four emails that had not come through gmail but not on the Zoho mail???? I am confused as to why this would happen. Please advise how I correct this and how I config both to work together. These messages where days older and I only go into my gmail account to check

One of the features I used almost everyday to stay organized, ( an ongoing challenge to this personality type!!), was the ability zoho gave me to just click on the "FROM" section and have all the emails from that ISP come up for me to sort through. Email add on with Gmail
I just signed up for the mail add-on. I use Gmail and have 30,000 emails in it. Zoho seems to be importing from Gmail at about 100 and is importing the oldest first. Is there a way to mass delete the emails in Zoho - I don't want all of those old emails in there! And is there a way to have it pull the new emails not the old ones? Thanks, Cheryl

Multiple Contacts routinely sent to spam folder

I would like to be able to create a new folder in a shared work space while adding a file to Zoho docs from Zoho mail. I know you can do this for personal folders but the button is greyed out in work spaces.
Multiple Bugs in both Firefox and IE for zoho mail
Can we get a fix for zoho mail on the following. Spell check - 2 common issues here. once email is checked we cannot left click for spelling options. For the most part will only let us check once. Email font colour - can only change font colour once. Button sticks and stays yellow. Without refreshing the page cannot change twice. Various buttons not working after inactivity
Today, after being logged on for awhile and inactive(~ 1 hour), I will try to click on the checkbox next to several emails to try to delete them. The checkbox will not activate however. I click on another folder and come back to the Inbox and the checkboxes work. Also, I tried to reply to emails and after preparing the email, the send button doesn't work. Going to another folder and then coming back does not fix this behavior. Thanks, Nate
Four steps backward for zoho mail
Zoho was so much better than gmail. It's not that much better now. We've lost the instant delete, the function to see a mail in full screen, the function to group all mails from a ceratin person at the touch of a button, and a few others. Adding people to an email has also become a pain. If the name is John but but his email is dance@whatever.com you now have to remember his email. Zoho has gone from a 10 to a 6 in my opinion. Sorry about that, but that's the way it is.

Is Zoho free or not???
One of my clients recommended Zoho to me days ago. I tried it and kind of like it. But the problem is that both trial versions I tried cannot be upgraded to the free version. I tried Zoho business and Zoho CRM. They both keep telling me that I am using a trial version and should upgrade it, but when I try to upgrade it, it won't work. Blind Send Feature
Can Zoho try bringing in BlindSend feature? There is one email client called Courier from RoseCitySoftware (inherited from Calypso of MCSDallas) which implements this feature. This is an extension of BCC in that you can type all the email addresses in the TO field and when you check BlindSend Checkbox, CC and BCC boxes would be disabled. When you click send, the email is sent to each address as if it was individually addressed. The TO address of each recipient would show only his address.
mail service not working
IE reports a problem with the page... the emails can't be opened and the functions buttons do not respond at all.
Shared Mail Folder
We currently use Exchange 2003 and one of the benefits is public folders, we have things setup so all info@ email drops into the public folder so anyone within the company can see the mail and respond to to it, I can see you support shared calender etc but not email. Do you have any plans for this? This is a major requirment to us as everyone in the company needs access to both their direct email and the companies public email.
New business user not able to login at start of new account
Hi, I've just noticed a new zoho account user can no longer login into their account unless the email address they've provided is outside the domain that is registered with zoho mail hosting. Zoho provides a messages that says an "authorization message has been sent" to your email. The only problem is the email is hosted through the business mail of zoho and a new user was created in the control panel, not an outside domain service. This feature was working before all the updates and i had no problem
