Guys,
In the web app of CRM, I have set up the following:
- A layout for "resellers" - with specific fields.
- Reseller accounts are assigned to this layout
- Related lists are optimized for the layout (for instance it includes: "products sold")
- A layout for "end-users" - with specific fields
- End-user accounts are assigned to this layout
- Related lists are optimized for the layout (for instance it includes: "products purchased")
This works flawless in the browser. I seem to have a persistent issue with the mobile app (after repeat resetting and reloading and sync'ing)
In the mobile app, the "related tab" for the account doesn't seem to follow the layout that is defined for the account on the "details" tab. In my case, a reseller account is displaying the related list for an end-user account.
Am I misunderstanding how this is supposed to work?
