What happens if I delete a portal user?
Hello, I have a few employees (users) who are no longer with my organization. However, they are creators/owners of several projects (and even templates), as well as being assignees of tasks of course. If I delete the portal users, what happens to their projects? Templates? Tasks? I assume they they would all just become "unassigned" but I want to make absolutely sure as we cannot lose any of this information if I delete the users from the portal. Thanks, Jared

Import Tasks – Fix Field Mapping
I've been trying to import tasks from a CSV and it's frustrating that I have to manually map the CSV column headers to the available fields, even though I've named them the same. Likewise, the Task Owner is not recognised even if I use the correct email address as the Task Owner value. How do I see a full, clear summary of a project
Hello, How do I look at a project and see a timeline of all activities around it. When I go into Zoho CRM I see a nice list of all tasks and comments in one clear page. I can't seem to find that for a project in Zoho Project. The activity stream does not seem clear enough as is. Is there a better dashboard for a project I'm missing to see all activities completed and to be completed? Cannot change delete or change name of user
I've tried to ammend the name of a profile (not having the facility to do do this basic change!) and then tried to delete and create a new user profile. the new user has the same the email as it is a postion which is elected each year. embarrisingly the old elected officers name keeps appearing - which is unacceptable (for obvious reasons).
