Feature Request to add a way to default a project as "External" so any Milestone, Task List (and related Tasks), and Bug created would default to External
It's rather annoying to have a project for external portal users and have tasks and bugs not visible because someone forgot to flag the task or bug as external (it defaults to internal). So I am proposing we set the highest level of visibility defaults
Search Doesn't Use Custom Fields
The search function in Projects excludes any data stored in Custom fields in the projects. This seems like an unnecessary limitation and would be great if it was upgraded.
Zoho Projects doesn't remember the Proper Issue board View
About 20 times a day I have to change the Issue board for the project I'm viewing from Plain to Kanban. Can you please work on improving this so the system remembers the preferred view? Maybe you need a project level setting? I don't use the Plain issue

Clone Projects Feature Request
We are Zoho Authorized Partners. Every month our clients get a block of time to use. We currently have recurring tasks turned on and we close out the tasks at the end of the month and use the next month of tasks. We would like to, instead, clone the project from the previous month so we have a fresh project each month. Is the ability to clone a project already in the works? If so, can you give me a time frame on when we can expect it to be complete? If not, can you add it to the feature requests?
Moving documents across folders
Until a few weeks ago, it was possible for Managers to move documents between folders (following the process explained here: https://www.zoho.com/projects/help/organize-documents.html#move-folder) However in the current version this capability seems to be gone. How are Milestones sorted on the Milestone Gantt Report? I can find no method for establishing a sort order. I thought perhaps sorting the Milestones on the Milestone List page would force the Gantt chart to sort the same..its seems to have some effect, but does not exactly match the Milestone List. Notification for field changes in tasks
As a project manager, I want to monitor changes to specific fields in tasks assigned to my team, especially the End Date. I want to make sure that the team does not make random changes to the end date of their tasks and extend the deadline. Is there a way to setup a business rule or an automation rule that will email me if they make changes to specific fields? Filtering tasks even if "Collapse Subtasks" is enabled
