My company has been trying to trial Zoho Projects and CRM and there is literally no support. Today I've emailed twice, submitted through the website form, called several times and left voicemails and have ZERO response. We're a new customer to them getting ready to pay them thousands per year and the support sucks!!! What can we do? We're ready to take our business elsewhere.

Missing Subscription Details Button Issue
There should be a "Subscription Details" button on the account information sidebar according to the Projects Help Resources page on your Help guide. I also do remember using it last year. Right now this button is missing from the sidebar.

The expand collapse button disappears when an empty task list is placed on the first position

"Task List" tags are not being displayed on the Task View
You let us define tags belonging to the task lists but they are not being displayed on the task list row.
"Expand Task Lists" button on Task view doesn't function sometimes
If you manually expand a task list containing tasks in it, then it starts to function and collapses/expands the tasks but after a while it loses its function again. You have to repeat the manual expansion trick to make it work again. Refreshing the page
Project Details pane doesn't fit into the window in normal zoom, doesn't resize the columns and doesn't have a horizontal scroller
The columns on the right side of the details page can normally be read in normal zoom levels (100% zoom) because they are way too wide but when you select any picklist item on the right column the window scrolls itself to the right and there isn't a way

Hello, In alignment-meetings with teams it is very handy to go over all open tasks within projects to discuss & have further (status)updates and at same time edit or update tickets/tasks. Instead of opening each task (under the TaskLines) and edit/update each opened task in a seperate window/page, it would be extremely handy (and time-winning) to have a sideview (half page) next to the list of tasks under all TaskLines (as in a preview of a selected mail in a mail-client, or as it works in Jira)
