We have an issue when setting up email alerts.
Each task in a project we have, is a new customer, with products in production.
We need to be able to send the customer an email, once the status is updated in the task.
But in email alerts, we can only set the receiver as project owner, employee, etc.
We made a custom field in the task overview, called customer email. But we can't attach this to the email alert, for some reason? Why not? What is the workaround?
Also; The "from" email adress and name, should be custom aswell - how? Right now it just says "zohomail234234214123@zohoprojects.com" <-- ish... And the name being the main project name which is "Factory production". Not so good ;)
