Created a form on Zoho Docs Spreadsheets - now it's dissapeared and can't revert back to an earlier version
Hello, I created a Zoho spreadsheet form yesterday. It was working fine yesterday, but today I have discovered it has 'disapeared'. I have tried reverting back to earlier versions of the spreadsheet but cannot get hold of the form. I did not save all the questions so I really need access to it. Can someone help please. Zoho Docs vs CRM Mail Merge Templates
Hey there! I see 4 solutions, none of which have a complete process flow. Am I missing something? 1. Zoho Writer (standalone) where you can send to Zoho Sign for signature. Unfortunately, I don't see where you can do a mail merge with Zoho CRM. 2. Zoho CRM where you can do a mail merge, but there is no send for signature in that version. 3. Docs preview doesn't match the current file revision.
In ZOHO Docs, I can click on an individual file (a Word doc for instance) and it brings up the preview view. In my case I bring up a file that is at ZOHO version 7, and what I call version 1.5 as shown in the content of the actual file. Since then I have uploaded several newer versions and am now at ZOHO version 9 and what I call version 1.7. However, in the preview view, it still shows version ZOHO version 7. unable to edit cells?

Hi Team, I would like to know if the Zoho docs is Version Controllable. Say If I have a doc of version 1.0. I am editing the same, does Zoho creates a version 1.1 or 2.0 upon saving the edited document? If I have to go back to the earlier versions of the document, Is it possible with Zoho Docs? Hi, I'm planning my move from Google Drive and looking for a template section for Zoho Show. I found this one for Writer but could do with the same for Show. https://docs.zoho.com/writer/templates Right now I use Google Slides for creating proposals and download then as a PDF. Why is this still not a feature? I really want to be able to Sync a specific folder and all sub folders in my Google Drive to Zoho Docs. The native windows app for Zoho docs is extremely slow at syncing, and it doesnt allow you to map a specific folder.

Hi, I'm evaluating zoho for a project and these are my requirements: I have a table-heavy document (the original Word document is a FIX (Financial Information Exchange) spec. The original source document is 178 pages with about 170 pages of tables for the different trading messages. Docs sync and population features timing out
Hi, got a bit of a problem where i tried uploading a document from MS word (2016 for Mac), and it does two things: 1) doesn't bring all the info across (i.e. 5 pages instead of 20) single document 2) the format is going all stupid and crossing over note that this occurs even when i change the document over to ZDocs internal. Another problem we are having is the sync isn't working from online portal to desktop folders, this disparity is continual and seems to persist resulting in attempts to reload
Allowing someone else to start a broadcast of your shared slideshow
When I share a slideshow with someone, even making them a co-owner, they can access it, but when they attempt to start a live broadcast, the option is not there. Is there a way to allow other people to broadcast my document without me having to initiate it?

Dropbox subfolder sync
Dear Support, I would like to know when the dropbox subfolder sync is coming to the zoho projects? The dropbox sync has great potential but sadly not being able to sync complete folder architectures with one click is a huge bummer. For example, I might have one central project folder that includes tens and tens of sub- and sub-subfolders. Manually syncing each is a waste of time. Mail merge does not work in footer
I am merging a document from Zoho CRM to Docs. It works perfectly except the merge fields do not work in the footer. Is this a bug or is there something that I need to do for the merge fields to work in the footer?

Google Drive
I would like to see Google drive integration. With full directory syncing not just one directory/files within a directory. I cannot use the Zoho Docs app for Windows because it will always map to Zoho Docs, instead of my companies network drive / main file location. If you made this possible i could migrate more of my services to Zoho
External Collaboration
Are external collaborators able to upload docs? When I create a link and visit that link, I see no option to upload documents. I see download options. However, I do not want to enable downloads, only uploads.
Notes migration
I can see that post switch to new UI, old notes are not available. On going through the forum messages, I found out that old notes are not available under new version by default. People need to migrate it and you 'had been showing the banner as well.' To be very true, your banner just gave the impression that Notes will be available in new UI only and won't be available in older UI and we must migrate to new UI to keep using notes uninterrupted. Hi, I published a document as a web page which is prepared by using zoho writer. I have few bookmarks in that document. In my website I have Link button. Now, when I clicked that button, It opens that document. But, My requirement is, when I clicked that button, It Should open the particular bookmark of that document. Problem with serach feature
As a admin user, I created folders, uploaded documents, added tags. Shared the folders with 2 users as read only. When user logs in Both are unable to search the document based on tags created by admin. One user can search by content sometime but its not consistent Other user can't search by content at all Is there any specific setting to enable the search option for all users using all criteria's ?
