I would like to see Google drive integration. With full directory syncing not just one directory/files within a directory. I cannot use the Zoho Docs app for Windows because it will always map to Zoho Docs, instead of my companies network drive / main file location. If you made this possible i could migrate more of my services to ZohoExternal Collaboration
Are external collaborators able to upload docs? When I create a link and visit that link, I see no option to upload documents. I see download options. However, I do not want to enable downloads, only uploads.Notes migration
I can see that post switch to new UI, old notes are not available. On going through the forum messages, I found out that old notes are not available under new version by default. People need to migrate it and you 'had been showing the banner as well.' To be very true, your banner just gave the impression that Notes will be available in new UI only and won't be available in older UI and we must migrate to new UI to keep using notes uninterrupted. Hi, I published a document as a web page which is prepared by using zoho writer. I have few bookmarks in that document. In my website I have Link button. Now, when I clicked that button, It opens that document. But, My requirement is, when I clicked that button, It Should open the particular bookmark of that document. As a admin user, I created folders, uploaded documents, added tags. Shared the folders with 2 users as read only. When user logs in Both are unable to search the document based on tags created by admin. Hello, I have got a big problem with zoho docs: Part of my files are deleted due to some mistake: I thought I disconnected a computer before deleting the files in the zoho docs file (so to avoid them being deleted on internet) but still, it looks like I made a mistake as those file (under jean perso) are gone on the cloud. Hello there! Thanks to everyone who wrote to us. We could see you had trouble installing, and using both Zoho Writer and Zoho Clipboard Apps at the same time via Chrome Web Store. To avoid this conflict, we have decided to, as you've already guessed, discontinue the App, and bundle it with the Zoho Writer App itself. Chrome users will only need the Zoho Writer App now to enable Copy and Paste on right click. Here's the how to remove the Clipboard App: 1. I am unable to paste into writer and get a message that it is because I have "Zoho Clipboard App" installed. The suggested fix is to go to Chrome://apps to uninstall it. This site no longer exists and I can't find any other way to get rid of it. Any suggestions?PDF preview color issue

Hello, I am able to click on the Writer application from my dash and launchpad on my Mac and see all of my files names, but when I click on any individual file inside the application to open it, nothing happens. I have tried restarting my Mac, and that did not fix the problem. I also don't see any needed updates. This started last night and I am still having the problem now. I'm trying to format a text box as a sidebar. I replaced the Greeking with my own text, but it won't wrap properly to stay within the box. If I stretch the box out horizontally, the text still runs off the right-hand edge, regardless of how wide I make it. I played with the text box formatting options, but nothing seems to work. I don't know why the Zoho Writer application for Apple is not working on my MacBook. As you can see in the screen shot, there is a big question mark over the app. When I click on it, nothing happens. I have a document with a blank paragraph below the header, and above a table at the top of the page. The horizontal line is in the header. I can hghlight the paragraph marker, but when i hit delete nothing happens. There is no way to put the insertion point to the left of the first line in the table, the insertion point always goes inside the first cell. From research, I figured that documents in Zoho Projects should have a 'Track Changes' option in the review menu. However I am unable to find this option in the review menu. See screenshot below. This applies to any new documents created in Zoho or uloaded to zoho from Ms word without track changes enabled. Hello, For some reason I'm having trouble creating a new folder under the "Document" tab. The window pops up asking me for a name, but when I click create. It just give me an unknown error: Unable to create the Folder due to an unknown error. This is happening for all projects not just one specific one. I'm new to Zoho documents, coming in from google documents. A friend and I do a lot of collaborating, some of which is on her phone. So, I have shared the file, and given her read/write permissions on the document. And the collaboration button is on. She was able to access the file on her laptop, but now when she tries to access on the phone application for IOS, it is telling her she can read only.
