Zoho Forms offers a centralized AI Assistant feature that allows organizations to manage AI usage across all forms. Super admins and admins can enable or disable AI-powered features from the Control Panel, ensuring consistent usage policies and compliance within the organization. Once activated, the AI Assistant unlocks advanced capabilities such as quick form creation, smart content generation, automated form filling and more.

AI Forms: Auto-generate forms based on prompt inputs using our in-house AI model.
PDF to Form: Extract fields from uploaded PDF documents or Images and convert them into usable forms.
Images to Form: Detect and extract fields from images and transform them into meaningful forms.
Automatically generate and translate form content using AI.
Email Notifications: Generate context-aware email messages for form responses.
Thank You Page: Auto-create meaningful thank-you messages shown after form submission.
Translations: Instantly translate form fields and messages to multiple languages.
Autofill via Smart Scan Field: Extract content from images uploaded by respondents to the Smart Scan field and auto-fill pre-configured fields in the live form.
On the forms listing page, in the left pane under Setup, click Control Panel.
Click AI Assistant under Data Administration.
Click Enable.
A confirmation popup will appear, displaying the terms and conditions for using the AI-powered features. Click Proceed after reading and agreeing to them.
AI Assistant is now enabled for your organization.

Note:
All input content and images from the users are processed by our in-house model. They are not stored or used to train AI models.
Please avoid entering any sensitive or personally identifiable information (PII) when using AI features.
Only Super Admin and Admins can enable or disable the AI Assistant for an organization. Org users has to contact them for the same.
On the forms listing page, in the left pane under Setup, click Control Panel.
Click AI Assistant under Data Administration.
Click Disable.
A confirmation popup will appear.Select the checkbox, enter the CAPTCHA, and click Proceed. This will turn off all AI-powered features across the organization.
If your organization has forms with Smart Scan fields, the popup will display the total number of such forms.
Note: When AI Assistant is disabled, auto-fill using the Smart Scan field will stop working. Respondents can still upload images, but the data will not be extracted. All fields must be filled manually to submit the form. If a super admin or admin tries to use an AI-powered feature (e.g., creating an AI Form) while the AI Assistant is disabled, a popup will appear asking them to enable AI Assistant first before letting them use the feature.
If org users (not admins) attempt to use AI features while AI Assistant is disabled, they will be prompted to contact the super admin for enabling AI Assistant in order to proceed.
