In Zoho Forms, Audit keeps track of the changes made to a form. In an organization where more than one user works on a form, it is essential to keep track of the changes made to a form's structure and the form entries' exports taken.
The Audit log keeps track of the changes such as:
- Important changes made to the field properties
- Addition and deletion of fields
- Changes made to the Payment field
- Enabling or disabling the form
- Renaming the form
- Addition, modification, or deletion of Rules
- Configuration of form Settings
- Applied Themes
- Important changes made to page properties
- Transfer of form ownership
- Modifications made to form entries
- Data Export of forms
- Export of form entries in PDF or CSV format
- Enabling or disabling Email Audit
- Addition, updation, or deletion of Static Prefill
- Enabling, disabling, or modifying values in Inline OTP Verification
- Changes made to Slider field
- Switching All Entries view
- Changes made to Kanban card fields
- Enabling or disabling SMTP
- Sharing reports with all permissions
- Trashing entries
- Deleting entries from trash
- Delete All Entries in the form
Every form you create will record these changes and list them under Audit by default.
To view the audit log of a form, go to the forms listing (home page), then click Audit under the form name that you want to view the changes for.

The changes made to a form and the details of the user who made the change will be listed along with the timestamp as shown.
You can export the form audit log by clicking the export icon in the top-right corner.
Note:
- The option to export form audit log is available only in our paid plans.
- The form's audit data can be viewed and exported by the form owner, the users with Modify Form permission and the Super Admin.
- You can export a form's audit data only up to 3 times in 24 hours.
- The Audit log will only show the changes made to a form in the past 90 days from the current date.
