Adding a user defined device product

When a device product is not available in the product gallery or you want to include your own device product to the gallery, you can add it as a user-defined device product.

While adding a device product, the options and field values chosen during the creation of this custom device product will be available when setting up a device instance based on it.

For example, if both MQTT and HTTPS are selected as supported protocols during the custom device creation, users can then choose which single protocol—either MQTT or HTTPS—will be used to connect the device with the application during the device instance setup.
