Zoho Mail app

Android version 7+

  1. Open your phone's Settings and go to Apps.

  2. Find and tap Zoho Mail.

  3. Select Battery > Battery Optimization.

  4. Change the setting from Apps not optimized to All apps.

  5. Tap Zoho Mail and set it to Don’t optimize.

Android version 10

  1. Open your phone's Settings.

  2. Select Battery > Adaptive Battery.

  3. Tap Restricted apps and make sure Zoho Mail is not listed.
