Ensure that the app and device notification settings are enabled.
Open your phone's Settings and go to Apps.
Find and tap Zoho Mail.
Select Battery > Battery Optimization.
Change the setting from Apps not optimized to All apps.
Tap Zoho Mail and set it to Don’t optimize.
Open your phone's Settings.
Select Battery > Adaptive Battery.
