Employee engagement in Zoho People empowers you to conduct surveys in your organization to gather feedback from your employees on their level of job satisfaction, work-life balance, teamwork, compensation and benefits, employee recognition, and other aspects of their experience with your organization. Surveys can be conducted anonymously to gather honest feedback.
How is the Employee Engagement Service useful, and who is it intended for?
Employee engagement survey results are used to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for the growth and development of your organization to increase employee engagement.
- All Employees (General Usage)
All employees can answer the survey applicable to them.
Managers and Department HeadsManagers can create surveys for their reportees, and Department Heads can create surveys for their departments and share the survey reports.
Administrators
Administrators can enable or disable survey methods for their organization, set necessary permissions for managers and department heads, edit notification templates, create metrics, survey templates, add questions to the question pool, and conduct surveys.
