Employee Engagement - Operations
Overview
Employee engagement - Operations allows you to add metrics, create survey templates, and add questions to question pool which can be used when creating an eNPS or an engagement survey.
Metrics
Metrics in employee engagement are categories under which your survey topics and questions fall. Metrics can be tagged with survey questions and can be used to view surveys based on metrics. Zoho People offers default metrics, as shown in the image, and you can create your own custom metrics.
Add custom metrics
To create custom metric:
- Go to Operations > View all > Metrics > Add Metric.
Add metric window appears. - Enter the name of your custom metric.


- Click Save.
Metric is successfully added and can be used when creating a survey.
