In this article, we'll explore how to view emails in Trident that you've saved in .pst and .eml file formats in your Mac.

Note: This article explores accessing .pst and .eml emails in the Trident desktop app. Click here for the Zoho Mail web app's help documentation.
If you've set Trident as your default email client, upon double-clicking the file, it will automatically open in Trident.
If Trident is not your default email client:
Right-click the .pst or .eml file you want to open.
Select Open With from the menu list.
Choose Trident.
If you're migrating from Outlook to Trident, you can easily access your locally stored Outlook email archives by mounting the PST files directly in Trident. Because the emails aren’t imported but only viewed, your storage space remains unaffected.
