Showing JIRA fields in Zoho

Hi Zoho Support,

We're currently working on an integration between Zoho Desk and our JIRA projects. What we want to do is to show certain JIRA Custom Fields in Zoho when creating a JIRA issue from within a Zoho ticket.

In this thread I found a comment stating that fields should show up in Zoho when they are of a Standard Field Type and made mandatory in JIRA: https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/zoho-desk-jira-mapping#:~:text=Our%20product%20team,mandatory%20in%20JIRA

We have added a Custom Field in JIRA, which is a of a Standard Field Type: Paragraph (supporting rich text in JIRA). This field has been made ‘required’ in the JIRA’s Field Configuration Scheme. However, Zoho does not display this field in the Create Jira ticket widget. 

Is it possible to achieve what we want, and if so, what can we do in order to make it work?
