Displaying the percentage of Click Map in Click-to-open percentage
Hello, When you go to the link click map, the percentage are always "<1%". I guess it is because it tries to show the unique click percentage which is obviously often less than 1% if you have several links on your email. Is it possible to know instead the percentage of ppl who clicked on this link compared to those who clicked in general ? This would be much more interesting. Thanks. Guillaume.

Hi, I want to send emails to contacts in a mailing list inviting them to an event and allow them to register for the event from the email. Is this functionality supported by Campaigns or do I have to use some other product?
Removing a segment from a signup form

Cannot get my link tracking to work
Hi there anyone knows some reason why link clicked is not tracked. I can see in the sent email that link is not replaced with www.zohocampaign.com/tracker? before sending. Not sure why. It just send the original links to the recipient. Thank you, Viktor
CRM to Campaigns Sync not importing all my CRM Contacts
I've observed that all the contacts from my CRM are not syncing into my mailing list even after following all the guidelines for automating the sync process. Do I have to do this manually? Is there a field in the CRM contacts that the sync looks for before merging new contacts in the existing list? Thanks

Half of my email was just deleted. I wasn't prompted to delete anything, and I was working on the draft as it happened. Is there any way to view past drafts that were saved? I was working for over an hour on this, and hit save multiple times. Please help me recover this!
Unsubscribe Mail Merge not working
Hi, I'm creating a campaign and sent myself a test email. The inserted the mail merge field '$[LI:UNSUBSCRIBE]$' at the bottom of the email. However, in the test email, the link appears as 'http://zc1.maillist-manage.com/ua/testemail?&cmpDgs=1e10cd9f3f20b8e&tm=unsub' How do I use the unsubscribe mail merge and identify how the link should appear? Do I have to embed the code with special syntax through HTML? Any advice or simple instruction set for including the mail merge fields would be helpful!

Hello I am going to send out an email to all my leads which will have links to our services on our website - is it possible for me to be able to set up some emails to follow, and the system will automatically send out the relevant email depending on which link was clicked. Trust this is understandable?!
No Special Characters Zip Code Field
I have started getting the error message "no special characters allowed" next to the zip code field. This happens despite there being no special characters - not even spaces entered in this field. This has only started happening recently and worked fine before. I am having to delete everything in the zip code field every time I want to save an edited contact. Has something changed in zoho and how can I fix this?
Is it possible to email contacts depending on survey status?
For either Zoho Survey or Surveymonkey, we can see that you can email people who have clicked, who have not clicked, etc., but especially want to email people who have not completed the survey, or partial completion. Is there a way to just email them with a reminder?

Problem with EXPORT in CAMPAIGNS - fields are transposed.
I have a recurring issue with exports from CAMPAIGNS. If I select a lot of fields, then the headings do not match the content. I am doing EXPORT then IMPORT to change pick list values and other mass updates as you don't have these sort of features that exist in CRM. I can't see any pattern in when it happens. But it has screwed up my data as I didn't notice the issue until much later. Is this a known issue?

Zoho CRM to campaigns Sync Details could be significantly improved. It would be extremely valuable if the function could be added in to choose the Module to Sync as "account" and then open "custom views" and see available views from the account module in zoho crm. Currently you build the view in zoho crm accounts to get the list setup.. Then you rebuild the same view using "criteria" in campaigns.

How to understand the stats better
Can someone answer these questions for me: 1) how does the criteria determine what device they are using when reading the email? In other words, the campaign stats say that most viewed on their iPhone. However, in our business we know that most people work off of their blackberrys. 2) what does it mean when it is recorded that say 100 people have not viewed the email? Opened Users not getting updated when Subscribers open campaign email in Microsoft Outlook Client
Hi, I am running a test campaign in Zoho Campaigns and I see that the No. Unique Opens not getting updated when the subscriber opens a campaign email in Microsoft Outlook Client. However, if they click on the "View this email in a browser" link available in the email, the Opens count is getting updated and I see their name in the list of users who opened. Please see attachment of my screenshot. Is it possible to customize this onscreen look based on our own segmentation? We want to add our most import columns of segments rather than show "phone". Email campaign opens, but edit the list first
I want to email people who've opened the campaign email. However, I want to remove contacts from that list who've replied and we've gotten into conversation. Basically they've moved from a prospect to a conversation and I don't want them to get the prospecting emails anymore. I see the link where I can send a campaign to the people who've opened my email; however I cannot edit that list. Any tips or methodology to doing this?
Emails not being received by clients.
I sent out a two campaigns on the Friday the 28th March. I have been contacted by a client saying she never received the email and it shows up on campaigns for this client as unopened. The campaign went to 274 people, 236 of these are unopened. Why are clients not receiving the emails? I have got the client to check her spam/junk and her IT team have also checked her account and the email address is correct.

Hello, I've tested out what happens when a user clicks "Unsubscribe" from one of my newsletters, and I'd like to change the message, particularly the company name. Is there a way to do this? For example, the unsubscribe message currently reads: You are unsubscribing from Peak Indicators Please click the button below to confirm if you would like us to stop sending you any email updates. What I really want to change is the part in bold, which I think is coming from my account name... Thanks!

Hi, Is there any option to track the replies from the sent campaigns? I´m checking the Reports of my campaigns but I can track and report if the e-mail is open, if they click a link, if the mail is bounced... etc. But no reports of the people who reply the e-mail. I have created a sign-up form for a mailing list. I have noticed that the Form URL is HTTP not HTTPS. Is this a secure way for our contacts to sign up to our mailing list? When using zoho campaigns everything is in https so thats ok, is there a way to get a https sign up url?

Can't change campaign theme in plain text
I have created a plain text email. However when I send a test it has the default campaign theme footer. I want to use a different footer but I am not given the option to choose one ( as I am when using html emails) Any idea how to do this?

I am currently new to the system and testing different campaigns. To see what happens when someone "unsubscribes" I hit that feature. Now I cannot include myself in tests. How can I opt back in?
Changing the field in "Push Member Status"
